Beautiful apartment recently renovated, is located in a middle-class residential area in front of the Luis Muñoz Marín airport (San Juan Airport), on the first floor of a four-apartment building, is decorated in a boho chic style, lovely private patio with a bathtub,In the living room is located 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Isla verde beaches and 15 minutes from old San Juan. Self check -in with the lockbox Check in 4:00pm- check out 11am.

The space was nice and so was the outside area. There was issues with lizards getting in because of the gaps under the doorways. You can also not leave out any candy or plates with residue because tiny bugs will swarm it . It was nice there was just a heavy pest issue

Hidden Gem

My spouse and I stayed in the vacation rental for one week. This was our first experience in Puerto Rico and staying in a vacation rental located in a residential area. We most enjoyed early mornings and late nights on the patio as it provided a designated outdoor space for smoking. We also really enjoyed the outdoor tub. There is not complete privacy as the upstairs apartment partially overlooks the patio. With that said, there is no line of vision to the area where the outdoor tub is located and we enjoyed it just the same. We were apprehensive upon arrival as the neighborhood itself appeared run down in comparison to what we are accustomed to. However, the property itself is beautiful, safe, secure, and the locals mind their own business. The property is modern, clean, airy and comfortable just as listed. Also, if you don't know, parking is insane in most other locations. So, to return from a long day out with free parking in the driveway eliminated that hassle. There are 3 doors to the apartment, including the patio door. We did not feel deprived that we were not in a property located oceanfront as there are beaches every couple miles in the area and of our 7 day visit we spend much time at several beaches nearby. I would rate the property a 4 star. My recommendations would be to add a full length mirror for when guests are getting dressed and to add a hook for the handheld showerhead in the shower that just dangles about or rests on the shower floor, as there is no need to fully submerged my hair under a rain shower head for every shower.

PR VACATION

Grace was super easy to get in contact with and her rental was clean and spacious for our group of four. The only comment or suggestion I would make is to include a full length mirror. Other then that I would definitely recommend booking with her.

Perfect space for a little scape!

Everything was perfect. Took an escape for 3 days and it was beautiful. Super clean, very modern, super cute tub, very hot water, very cold air conditioning, great communication with host and overall a great stay! 10/10! 100% recommended. Would stay again without a thought.
