Charming Cozy Home

Very cute and clean. Excellent location within walking distance of the main street of shops and eateries in Kanab. Great place to make home base while exploring southern Utah and northern Arizona. Hosts are quick to respond, very helpful, and kind. Enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay again if we’re ever in the Kanab area.

Great Family Getaway

Taylor was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant as could be. The house was very clean and right in town. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely house in Kanab

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful house. Very clean, cute. Beds and showers were great. Washer and dryer were very nice while traveling with family. Lovely little town and great hosts!

Perfect spot for UT adventures!

We absolutely loved our stay! Great proximity to Zion, Bryce, Page, Coral Pink Sand Dunes in addition to the quaint, adorable town of Kanab. Access to laundry, cleanliness, comfortable bed...nothing bad to report! We will be back!

Great location!

Location, location, location! This home is an excellent home base to hit some amazing sights. 45 minutes to Zion National Park and a little over an hour to Bryce Canyon National Park. There are also beautiful trails to explore just minutes outside of town. The home itself is very comfortable with a nice modern esthetic and it had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on the excellent coffee and breakfast burrItos at Nomad Coffee and for any outdoor gear needs and also good coffee check out Willow Canyon Outdoor. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our one night stay between Bryce and Zion. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the number of rooms worked great, and there was ample parking for a big vehicle. It was clean and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. We had a minor incident (not the host's fault) and Taylor communicated quickly.

Cozy stay

We had a nice stay at Taylor’s house in Kanab. It’s in a convenient location in town and had all the necessary amenities to cook, relax, and sleep there comfortably. When we had an issue with the heat, Taylor was responsive and accommodating, and the issue was fixed by the next day. Made for a nice home base while hiking in the area.

Stylish home in perfect location

We stayed here over Spring Break with our 4 boys and had a great time! The house is very clean, and the decor was stylish and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and driving distance to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The owners were responsive when we needed them. Our favorite part was the yard where we grilled, had a campfire and played lots of cornhole. It was all perfect!

Fabulous Rental

The house was fabulous! Clean, comfortable and super cute! The hosts were fantastic with communication and left a birthday wish and balloon for my sister and I. Location is within walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling to see the many sites of Kanab. You definitely will not be disappointed.

We couldn't be happier. Now we can see why this vrbo is rated as a 5! It is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The home is well stocked with everything we needed, plus the extra stuff such as baggies, coffee, tea and so on. The home is very clean and the master bed was one that you just fall into and you will be sound asleep in no time. Especially after hiking in the National and State parks, which are within a reasonable drive from the home. Thank you for sharing this property.

Why they chose this property

This property was our first home, after extensive renovation, this home seemed too good not to share. Being a block from down town offers a unique mix of being far enough away that it is a quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to walk anywhere in town. Thank you for considering this property. We are glad we can share our home with you.

What makes this property unique

This house is in the middle of town about a block off of the town square. It is on a quite street with minimal traffic.

It has a fully privately fenced yard with lawn, porch, bbq so you can enjoy your stay outside.

close to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, and everything else you would come to Kanab to enjoy.

Community events are close enough to walk, come enjoy the 4th of July, Balloons and Tunes, Battle of the Bands, or any other event and stay right in the action.
