Luxurious Delaware Bay beauty designed with Shore Elegance including a private in-ground, heated* pool and paver patio. Sleeps up to 12 in comfort will all linens provided at no additional cost. This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers the ideal blend of luxury and comfort.

Expansive wraparound decks capture breathtaking bay vistas all with spectacular water and UNFORGETTABLE SUNSET VIEWS!!! offering the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails and outdoor entertaining. Gourmet kitchen, granite with state of the art stainless steel appliances. Four bedrooms (two king suites with private master deck, one queen suite with private deck). A kids "dorm" with two doubles & 2 twin beds which includes a full bath. Den with wet bar off the screened porch and overlooking the pool. Great over sized outdoor hot/cold shower. Off street parking for four vehicles. Exterior security cameras present at front door, driveway and pool area for our guests safety.
*Heated pool optional $250per week, available May through Mid-October each year.

Why they chose this property

Building this home was a labor of love for my wife and I. We selected this site and this reverse floor plan to capitalize on the beauty of the bay in a luxurious environment. A wonderful family neighborhood minutes from the tourist attractions of Cape May/Wildwood and Southern Cape Region.
