Beautiful vacation accommodation on the Istrian peninsula.

In this stone vacation home, just a few kilometers from Porec, live a small, peaceful place. The environment is relaxed, green and rich in trees - Here it is good to relax and unwind.

Relax in your comfortable vacation home and refresh yourself from the summer heat in the pool. There is also a small summer kitchen by the pool at your disposal. Near the vacation home there is a small tavern where the owner prepares Istrian specialties.

Visit the old town and the city walls of Sv. Lovrec, or take a bike ride from the Limski Canal to Vrsar. If you like nature and the sea, you have come to the right place. Look forward to a varied time in the midst of green, diverse nature.

komfortables Objekt mit einigen Schwächen

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes, sauberes Objekt. Toller Pool, wurde 2x pro Woche gereinigt. Der Objektbetreuer ist sehr bemüht und hat uns schon ein paar Stunden früher ins Objekt gelassen. Auch einen Defekt der Abwasserleitung hat er gleich beheben lassen. Ärgerlich: Die Klimaanlage im Oberen Stock war defekt, so dass es in den beiden Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach sehr heiß wurde. Ein paar technische Geräte waren auch nicht so "in Form" (z. B. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine). Den Griff der Spülmaschine hatte man häufiger in der Hand. Wieso Spiegel quasi auf Brusthöhe montiert sind (ich bin durchschnittlich groß) oder die Spiegelbeleuchtung im OG keine Schalter hat (man dreht für Licht die Glühbirne rein) oder für den Duschkopf im Bad oben keine Duschstange vorhanden ist bleib ein Mysterium. Leider lebt derzeit ein Hund an einer Kette auf dem Grundstück gegenüber, der grundsätzlich ab Mitternacht mehrere Stunden durchgängig bellt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, die Konoba zwei Häuser weiter sehr gut. In Summe ein schönes Objekt mit kleinen Schwächen.
