This house is so cute! It’s tiny, but spacious too! Kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked, furniture and beds were comfortable and we loved the yard. This place is perfect for 2.

Very clean & modern- pretty much every surface is newly refinished. We had everything we needed. I loved the recliners and the kitchen! My only negative comment is that the bed pillows had very little support.

Home away from Home

This rental was perfect for our 7 week stay in Rochester while receiving radiation treatments at Mayo Clinic. The house was extremely clean equip with anything we would need while away from home. Rental owners were very helpful and kind.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and parking was easy and convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The place was quiet, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers

Great Stay

My son and I were in town for a four day sports tournament and the house exceeded our expectations. This house was impeccably clean with very modern decor and a great location close to downtown and the Rochester Recreation Center. It was very comfortable and even though it is not a large space, it was perfect for the two of us and was a great alternative to a hotel room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a couple meals a day. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy when we first arrived, but there were no issues at all, it was very quiet. Thanks for a great extended weekend!

Wonderful stay

This house was a perfect location for us, perfect size to meet our needs, and was in perfect condition. Modern yet comfortable decor. Quiet street. The bed was super comfortable - best sleep I’ve had in a long time! It was a wonderful experience and perfect place to stay!
