Great location

This rental property was wonderful for a quick trip to cape cod for two families. The location is great, a short drive to corporation beach where you’ll see a beautiful sunset. Large front yard for children to play and a nice patio for enjoying the birdsongs in the morning.

Ideal location if attending event at Dennis Inn

This was the perfect location and house for our stay. Our son was in a wedding at the Dennis Inn. Having a 4 month old this home made it convenient for him and our daughter in law to go back and forth the past few days. Gigi & Poppa were on baby watch. Beautiful home, everything + more than you’ll need. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Location, Great owners

First off, Owner was great with communication. Which is always great. The house is a perfect location on the bay side of Dennis. Quick walk to corporation beach allowed me to drop the family off with all the beach gear and take a quick 10 min walk back to the beach. 2 min drive to grocery store or ice cream was also a bonus. House was everything my family needed and more. Anything we forgot was already at the house: beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, Etc. Couldn’t recommend anymore.

Family trip with plenty of space

At arrival I appreciated how the house was clearly clean and thoughtfully prepped for us. The house had lots of space and individual rooms were much bigger than other cape rentals we’ve stayed in before. The property also had lots of outdoor room for kids playing hide and seek and our 6 y old loved the separate game room. The glass table in the dining room made us nervous with little kids so we always ate in the kitchen but otherwise found the house layout and amenities very well suited to our families needs. Loved it. 6 y old declared “best vacation house yet.”

Comfort and convenience

This classic Cape home has been well cared for and refreshed with updates and modern conveniences. Comfortable bed, built-in breakfast nook, gorgeous leather couch in living room and well-stocked kitchen. The half bath off the kitchen is a real convenience in addition to the main bath near two of the bedrooms. The grounds feature many flowering bushes and plants. You feel like you are in an oasis, quiet and private, yet close to the many attractions of town and beach. Also lots of things for kids like toys and beach stuff, pack ‘n play and booster seat. This home is a real gem and I hope to return.

We had a wonderful time staying here for a friends wedding. It was an easy walk to the beach and the space was exactly as it was advertised. We had a smaller group (3 adults and 1 baby), but this would be a great place for a larger family!

Nice Dennis Village location, comfortable home!

Comfortable clean home with a beautiful yard. Spent a week here in July with our family of 6 adults. Owners were responsive and available. Fully equipped kitchen. We cooked in and grilled outside and had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids in the detached game room. We set up badminton in the front yard and played into the night. Short walk to Coorporation Beach but no sidewalks. Easy walk to Dennis Village and shops/restaurants. Recommend Scargo Cafe, Firestarter Pizza, The Merc and the DPM. Would stay here again! Lovely Cape Cod home.

Great place to stay on the Cape

We had a great time here. There's lots to do in the property and around. Only downside of the area is lack of sidewalks, so walking to the beach, although very doable (~15 min walk), requires extra caution if you are walking with kids. Game room was spectacular for my 3 year old, as well as the toys that were available in his room. Outside shower is great as well. It feels like a great place to stay even in cold weather. We'll definitely come back.

Great house Great location - attentive owners

This property was exactly as described and was a perfect getaway for our family. The house was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities you would expect. The front yard was GORGEOUS and I loved sitting outside in the hammock with my cup of coffee (or wine). A quick walk or bike ride to the beach made for no parking worries. Leslie the owner was extremely quick to respond to any questions. Excellent experience.

Wonderful Week!

Our family had a fantastic week on the Cape at this property! It is such a beautiful home, and is fully equipped with everything a family needs for their stay! Lots of privacy with a good sized front yard where children can play. It was so helpful to us that linens and towels were provided! Having central AC on a very hot day is a big plus! This home is very clean and beautifully kept! The owner is very nice and always so friendly and cooperative to speak to if you have any questions or problems. This home is definitely a 5 star rating in all categories!

Joe grew up here in Dennis and currently we are 3 long hours away from Cape Cod, living in W. Hartford CT where there are no beaches! We have 3 kids, one teenage daughter and 2 teenage twin boys, so live is crazy busy. We bought this house when the boys were 9 months and my daughter 2 1/2, so we have had many great memories here.

Why they chose this property

My husband grew up in Dennis not far from here and we love Dennis. When looking at homes, I fell in love w/ this place - the gardens - all the roses and hydrangeas thru out the property, the fountain in the backyard, the horse head posts as you enter the driveway (although we've had to take them down b/c one got broken by a renter). The beaches here are fantastic - the sand is so nice and the tide goes out far so there are tide pools to play in, but not so crazy far out as Eastham! Last summer we rented in Eastham & I learned just how lucky we are in Dennis to have all the beaches that we do - our sand is so different from other places, nor does the tide go out past 13 sandbars! We are so centrally located in Dennis village - being walking distance to everything. There are so many cute shops to visit. Having the bike trail here is awesome - love having the ability to bike to different towns with my kids. I love the private feel I have in the backyard and love even more the huge front yard we have so that the kids can run around and play. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
