Just skips to the Boardwalk and ocean and close to all the amenities Newport Beach Peninsula has to offer. Within walking distance you will find great restaurants, lively local pubs, shops, excitement along the boardwalk and many opportunities to enjoy your vacation, while staying here. Just a short Uber/taxi ride from OC Airport. If you're an "out of town-er" you don't even need a car! Everything you need is in the beach house, including linens and towels, hair dryer, His and Her robes, a full kitchen with the necessities to cook your own meal, a gas BBQ, beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for your day on the sand. With your own private patio right in front, you can relax without leaving the cottage. Whether it's a romantic evening with a bottle of wine while listening to the ocean, or a barbeque with family or friends, you will get the chance to unwind in this beach cottage.

There is a queen bed in the master and a sectional that makes into a queen bed in the living room. There is also an additional roll away twin should you need one. You will enjoy a large flatscreen TV with movie channels and free Wi-Fi in the homes living room. Other than your groceries, (which are available at a major grocery store a few blocks away) you will have everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. When staying at "Welcome to the Shore" you can rent bicycles, paddle boards, surf boards or whatever you need just a block away, with a welcome 50% off discount for a weekly rental, of which coupons are inside the cottage.
