Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs available that sleeps two. See VRBO listing # 739255.

Fantastic place! Spacious, clean, cute and stocked with just the things you need for a weekend getaway.. bathroom products, snacks and coffee! Parking was easy on the street. Quite neighbors. Fantastic location and close to everything the beach community had to offer.

The location alone was enough for us. Very spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing sunset view on the patio. I would highly recommend this rental!
