About this property

Private Studio Within Walking Distance to the Beach, Restaurants, & Shops

Quaint private studio apartment with a private entrance, just a few blocks from Corona del Mar State Beach & walking distance to restaurants, markets, etc. Queen size bed and love seat, flat screen TV, Wifi. Separate bathroom and closet. No kitchen but a small fridge. Keurig coffee maker, and microwave, much like a nice hotel room.

Recently remodeled and very clean and cozy. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.

There is also a separate large,1 bedroom apartment upstairs that sleeps 4. See VRBO listing # 832650.

Also if you would like to visit Joshua Tree National Park during your visit, I have 2 - newly remodeled, 1 bedroom units, very near the Park and walking distance from downtown Joshua Tree- See VRBO Listing # 2482603 and # 2482040.

Lovely Corona Del Mar Escape

Colleen’s property is in perfect walking distance to Corona Del Mar destinations - my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her little slice of Paradise.

Cozy Corona del Mar hideaway

Very well furnished efficiency apartment, pretty decor, coffee and snacks graciously provided. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach, owner available if questions arise. Perfect for one, a bit tight bit doable for two.

Just right

Long distance partner reunion

Queer platonic partner flew and we had a spectacular stay. Easy parking, lots to do in walking distance. Good quiet neighborhood. Safe space for lgbtq partners to spend a weekend.

Everything about this little studio is perfect. There are so many little shops on Coast Highway and it’s so close to a few local beaches. I drove to the beach every morning. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great location

I felt well taken care of by my host. It’s a very comfortable and quiet studio, yet close to the PCH and all the conveniences there. Quick trip to Starbucks in the morning and walks down to the beach. Fantastic!

Clean studio, good location

The property was as described in the listing. Property manager was very helpful. She notified us that the unit was available for early check-in and she reached out twice during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely considering staying here again. Great location—short walk to the beach and several stores and restaurants.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Colleen’s CDM studio. Location is perfect. All pictures are spot on and the studio is set up for maximum convenience. The Keurig coffeemaker and mini fridge were really nice to have. We are familiar with the area but for those who aren’t, Colleen has a basket with the best of CDM. Parking was not a problem. Great stay. I highly recommend for a couple.

Clean, cozy, thoughtful provisions, beautiful walks to ocean. Would stay again, but needs better airflow- like a fan or exhaust, since no a/c. Bathroom activities effect the air quality in main living area. Bed was very comfy but couldn't sleep in past sunrise when the home began heating up. Definitely stuffy in there, but opening windows & doors eliminates any privacy & security; nice safe neighborhood though. Hard for romance if you're shy.

Wonderful, walkable location! Enjoyed several area restaurants, but our favorites were Mayur (Indian cuisine) and Zinc (fresh cafe). We were able to communicate easily with our host, Colleen, and our room was thoughtfully appointed. MUCH nicer than a hotel room and more affordable, too!
