Exceptional communication from this host. Enjoyed a lovely girl’s weekend at this lakefront cottage. Great central location. We were able to visit Southern Tier brewery and also many area wineries. Cottage was nicely equipped and we appreciated all the games that the host had provided! This host is extremely responsive!

Clean , kitchen really stocked. Sheets on tundril bottom bed were used and dirty. But would go again. Beautiful view. Too bad the algae was so bad. No .. Donna

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The yard was very peaceful. The goose was well stocked with everything you would need. My only complaint is that the shorelineis a mess with lots of Lilly pads, weeds, and other debris. I know that is not the fault of the owner but the nature of the lake this year. We would book again.

Overall nice cottage. Beautiful view of the lake.

Cottage and amenities were very nice. Disappointing was the several feet of muck at the lake shore which made it impossible to swim or launch a kayak from shore. The dock is unsteady and rickety; no way we could have launched a kayak from there.

Thank you Sandra. I am glad you enjoyed the stay. I deeply apologize for the dock. The installation team did not have it fully set up. They are stabilizing and setting it properly this week. The bay can be difficult with muck. It is possible to launch the kayaks across the street through the creek to the lake. (We share with the neighbors.)I am always available to help resolve any situation as well as the property manager. Nobody ahould hesitate to call me. My cell is provided during check in.
