Beautiful Lake House in Point Chautauqua- Available Year Round! NEW BUNK ROOM

Our updated lake house has enough space for your friends and family to relax and unwind with beautiful lake views. The top level features a large open floor plan for everyone to spread out. Kick back on the comfortable leather couches and watch the big game on the smart TV with cable (NEW SPORTS CABLE PACKAGE- details below). The dining room is lined with windows to take in gorgeous views of Chautauqua Lake. The composite deck wraps around the top level of the home to take in those golden sunsets.

The lower level features a cozy game room which includes a pool table, a ping pong table and a wall mounted connect 4. The game room has a smart TV with cable to watch during a game of pool. Right outside the lower level is a stamped concrete patio with an additional dining area and hot tub. The hot tub is a perfect place to relax and look at the peaceful lake.

Point Chautauqua is a historic neighborhood which features beautiful tree lined streets and breath taking sunsets. The community features a community swimming area, lakeside playground and park with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You will see more golf carts than cars on the quiet streets in the neighborhood. The only lake access for the property is the community swimming area. A dock is not included in this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter weekend getaway to a beautiful, quiet, spacious, super clean lakehouse with every ammenity you could possibly need. Fully appointed spacious kitchen gave us the opportunity to create some amazing meals. Followed up by a competitive few games of ping pong. Pool was another option. We then found ourselves starting the days off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub while watching bald eagles out on the frozen lake! Plenty of towels, although it was 2 of us the home could host a dozen people easily without feeling the slight bit cramped. This home is now top of our list for potential future family quiet retreats away! I could honestly keep writing about more great features of the property! Thank you!

This home and view is very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Kate was great to communicate with as we had a death of a friend after we had booked and she worked with us through that process. We had 10 adults and we had lots space to hangout. Favorite space was the deck for a perfect view of the sunsets!

We had a great girls trip, there were plenty of outdoor covered and uncovered areas and seating for our group so we could enjoy the view. House was clean and big enough to spread out.

Why they chose this property

No matter the time of year this property is stunning. In the summer you can jump in at the community swimming area, in the fall you can roast marshmallows at the fire pit, in the winter you can warm up in the hot tub and in the spring you watch the snow melt by the cozy fire place.

Most people will use golf carts (or their feet) to get around the neighborhood which makes the neighborhood even more peaceful especially if you have little ones in tow.

What makes this property unique

Point Chautauqua was designed by renowned landscape architect Frederick Olmstead. Olmstead is most famously known for designing Central Park in NYC. You will appreciate the his expertise and thoughtfulness when you stroll the tree lined streets of the neighborhood. Olmstead designed the community with serpentine streets and beautiful lake views at every turn.
