This home sits in a quiet, calm water cove on the 10 mile marker and is just around the corner from Franky & Louie's Beach Front Bar & Grill. Galley-style kitchen and open living space with updated wood floors and paint. Two bedrooms and 1 full bath on the main level and 2 additional guest bedrooms and 1 full bath on the lower . A large family room downstairs adds more entertaining space for all your friends and family plus features a wood-burning stove for those chilly lake nights. Two levels of deck space and a fantastic lakeside martini deck are perfect for enjoying the lake life. The dock is a 2 well dock with 1 well being filled in with decking for extra entraining space.

Our cove is a NO WAKE cove. If you have a boat or PWC, do not go above IDLE SPEED or you will be ticketed by MHP who patrols our cove.
