The downstairs living room is where the fun really gets going. A PS3 with two controllers is ready for game nights, and the NPA Jam arcade machine is a crowd-pleaser for all ages. With two spacious living areas spread across the home, there's always room for everyone to spread out - or gather together.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is fully loaded for home-cooked meals and lakeside feasting. You'll find a full suite of cookware including stockpots, roasting pans, baking pans, a crockpot, blender, mixer, and knife block. Dishware and glassware are stocked per guest, including wine glasses, coffee mugs, and juice glasses - so you can pop a cork or brew a pot without a worry. A dishwasher, full refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stove, and microwave round out the essentials.



Technology



Five TVs are spread across the home so everyone finds their screen. The two main living areas each feature massive 75-inch smart TVs with Roku, while the loft and two bedrooms each have 43-inch smart TVs with Google. The home comes loaded with FuboTV, Netflix, Showtime, Paramount Plus, Starz, and MGM - streaming is ready to go the moment you walk in. WiFi is provided through a reliable cable internet connection.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are available onsite - ideal for longer stays or families coming in off the lake.



Outdoor



Step out onto the deck and breathe it in. The upper deck has a propane grill (three tanks total, all ready to go), a gas fire table perfect for evening conversations under the stars, and a patio umbrella for afternoon shade. Stairs lead down from the back deck to the private dock, where you can swim, fish, or tie up your boat. The water is right there - no shuttle, no waiting.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-serve via coded smart lock. Parking for up to 8 vehicles is at the top of the property near the detached garage, and RV parking is also available. Your host is available should any questions come up during your stay.

★ Electric fireplaces are remote-controlled - cozy and safe, no open flame indoors

★ Umbrella for upstairs table is stored in the kitchen near the exterior doors when not in use - please take it down before storms and before checkout
