Discover the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This flat can accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children and is located on the 4th floor.

The bedroom features a 160x200cm bed, and there is a small sleeping area with bunk beds behind the living room, allowing four people to stay – two adults and two children. You can enjoy the terrace after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).

🅿️ Parking is available in the nearby streets (pay-and-display during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the Poste underground car park.

Looks like listing but beware of balcony not in use

The accommodations look exactly like the pictures, however the balcony door is broken so therefore we could not even access it during out stay. We were not made aware of this until we got into the unit and I tried to open the patio door and found a broken jagged handle. The unit seemed clean upon arrival but when you really looked at things, it was very dusty in places, like it had not had guests in weeks. The AC was also not turned on when we arrived and it took 24 hours for the space to cool down especially during the France heat-wave. The toilet is also tucked behind the room with the bunkbeds, so you have to disturb your sleeping children to use the toilet once they are asleep which is not ideal.

First, I will state that the photos listed are an accurate representation of this property but that is where it ends. Secondly, I will advise to check to make sure the balcony door is fixed before booking or entering this property because it was broken and therefore we could not use it at all during our stay, which we were looking forward to using and enjoying. I would also be aware that the “location” of this property is not verified and the location when you click on the map is wrong. While the location is fine, it’s a misrepresentation of where this apartment is in Annecy. If you want to be close to the train station and not near the Chateau d’Annecy like the map suggests then this might be the place for you.Third, the host also did not disclose the address of this property until we had arrived at the train station in Annecy, which makes me believe that they know the location of this listing is misrepresented. Lastly, we have stayed in many places before and we have felt this one was a bit off. The apartment is fine and it wasn’t as clean as we would like and it was a bit strange that the toilet was literally connected to the bunkbed room. If you have children sleeping in that room who go to bed before you, you literally have to go through their room to get to the toilet which is no where near the upstairs bedroom. You are also not renting from an owner but a company which does not give you the same level of service. Also the apartment was boiling hot when we arrived.

Die Wohnung war toll. Es gibt sogar bis in den dritten Stock einen Aufzug. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Dusche hat guten Druck. Klimaanlage funktioniert und war ein echter Segen bei warmen Wetter. Die Lage ist spitze. Keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und man ist schnell in der Altstadt. Das einzig komplizierte war der Check-in und Checkout. Es wurde immer gesagt man wird für den Check-in angerufen, aber es hat sich nie jemand gemeldet. Es gab keine Aussagen über den Checkout und am Abend vorher kam um neun Uhr von der Besitzerin eine WhatsApp das man doch bitte den Müll wegbringen soll, wo die Agentur gesagt hat es gibt keine Mülltonnen. Bei der Agentur war es auch ein bisschen gemixt. Manchmal hatte man sehr freundlichen Email Kontakt (z.b. zum Austauschen des Wasserkochers) und mal sehr unfreundlichen und falschen (z. B. Wegen des Mülls)
