- Living area:
In the living room you'll find a TV area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for three people. The living room opens onto a small private terrace in the heart of Toulouse's rooftops which makes the flat very quiet.

- Kitchen:
The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with hob, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, oven...
The coffee machine is a Nespresso.

- Bedroom :
The bedroom has a double bed for which we provide the sheets, along with bath sheets and household linen. A desk is also at your disposal as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings.

- Bathroom :
The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin with mirror.
A hairdryer is at your disposal, as well as ironing equipment and a washing machine for which we supply the detergent pods.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.


- Welcome kit:
When you arrive, you'll find a small welcome kit in the flat, including a few coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

On site, you will be greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you throughout your stay.
