Welcome to our Ohana, Maui Lemurian Condos. Located at Kamaole Sands resort in the heart of Kihei, our home away from home. Kamaole Sands is a beautiful, South Kihei resort, located directly across from Kamaole III Beach and easy walking distance to Kihei Village. Stroll through resort pathways and exotic gardens to reach one of the world’s top beaches, Kamaole III. Kamaole III is a beautiful, golden sand beach; perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and stunning sunset strolls. Maui's best beach with a lifeguard is only a 3 minute walk from your front door.
We are featuring a beautifully equipped and updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo. You will be one of the first guests to enjoy our newly updated listing and home.

Our condo offers a blend of function, beauty, and simplicity, with a light and airy ambiance - good vibes await. Detail and care is spread through-out our home, with a unique expression of beautiful coastal decor and comforts of a luxury hotel. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled with granite countertops & tile. The main room features an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, kitchen island, dining for 4, and a cozy living room. The living space offers a comfy sofa and new Murphy bed with queen foam mattress for additional sleeping. The condo sleeps 4, comfortably. Comforting finishes, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and TV entertainment round-out the main living space. You’ll be captivated by the partial views of the ocean and Haleakala volcano as you step out to your private lanai. Enjoy your favorite coffee or tea each morning and experience the stunning sunsets each evening. Serve dinner on the spacious patio table with seating for 4 guests. The bedroom is a sanctuary for relaxation. Soft, nourishing bedding and linens create moments of rest and peace after a day of adventure and play. The bedroom also features air-conditioning, TV, and a California king mattress. The bathrooms offer a shower/tub combo, luxurious towels, and essential body care products - should you forget something from home.

The condo is thoughtfully stocked with all of the essentials you’ll need to make your vacation more convenient including beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, yoga mat and beach toys.

COVID-19:
For peace of mind, we are partnering with Kamaole Sands resort to follow all disinfecting and cleaning guidelines for Covid-19.

The resort added very detailed cleaning checklists and also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces and following up with an EPA registered disinfectant. We have then added a 2nd spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to guest arrival on doorknobs, handles, remotes and switches.

Our unit features keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure. All staff and cleaners are required to wear masks and gloves.

We just got a notice from the Homeowners Association HOA that in building 9 unit 407 there will be a construction renovation from 09/27/21 & estimated completion date of 10/27/21. Mondays through Saturdays 8am to 5pm (excluding any federal holidays). Per HOA rule all owners need to send those notices to their guests. We can't wait to host you!

Great Hawaii trip

We have stayed here before. We like how close the place is to the public beaches. The pool is excellent. The Lanai has a great view. We love the five-minute walk across the street to the park to watch the sunset each evening. Will likely stay here in the future if available. Services are within a reasonable walking distance.

This was our first time to Hawaii, and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Everything about it was fantastic! The accommodations were just perfect and had everything we needed and more! Beautiful condo with everything you need (including beach toys, chairs and a small cooler). Having AC was a plus. Great location , just a short walk to the beach. Only thing that needs a little extra attention is the main bedroom bedding and pillows.

We had a wonderful time. We used the very comfortable Murphy bed (one reason we chose this unit). Awesome property and experience

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this property for our first visit to Hawaii. The property well was stocked in the kitchen, bathroom etc... The beds were comfortable. All needed directions were clear, understandable and easy to access (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioner, etc...). I especially liked the magnet on the fridge for wi-fi access. We would stay here again! Thanks for adding to the wonderful experience in Hawaii!

Exceeded expectations

The location of this property was amazing, across the street from Kamaole beach and was a quick walk from the condo. We used the BBQ areas multiple nights and the picnic tables for our lunches and dinner. The pool area was larger than anticipated with lots of lounge chairs and the property grounds were beautiful. It was nice to have a pullout couch bed along with Murphy bed for our two teens. Joanna was great to deal with and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you for the great stay!

Fabulous Condo

The owners did a fantastic job on this updated condo. It was clean, spacious, well laid out and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The lanai was a good size with seating for four and a view of the ocean. Although it was just the two of us; having the second bathroom was a great option, along with the murphy bed in the living room, and made us realize that this place could accommodate our whole family in the future. Excellent view and location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo- It is very hard to find 2 pullout type couches for a family to use and still have lots of room to move about. Definitely a huge plus.The lanai was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean.The host was excellent at returning emails/texts quickly and even let us check out later due to a night time flight. Thank you! The kitchen was very well equipped.Cons: 4/5 beach chairs have broken straps - they need to be replaced so everyone can carry their chair to the beach much easier. The cooler provided was very old and the zipper was broken so we bought a new one and left both behind for the next family to use. The hall mat and carpets in both rooms are starting to get quite worn out. I just rolled the hall way one and bedroom one under the bed. This is easy to fix.cleaning ladies need to communicate these things to owners otherwise they won’t know.All in all we really enjoyed the condo. The location is 10/10- so many beautiful beaches to visit. This was our 15th trip to Maui and it never disappoints us. True paradise.

Perfect Paradise

We rented this condo for our annual family Easter trip as well as to celebrate 3 April milestone birthdays. We stayed a week and we had a wonderful time. The home has everything you need! We were so appreciative for the updated AC units in the home; when you are not used to humid weather it's amazing to come into a room with AC units that crank out the perfect cool temperature. The home has so much space and the sleeping amenities fit our family amzingly. We had 5 people (myself, my husband, our 2 adult daughters and our son who turned 18 while in Maui) in the home and there was plenty of space for everyone. And nobody fought for bathroom time or space!! My in-laws stayed in the unit next door but spent most of their time in our unit as our family room had so much more space and tons more seating. We celebrated Easter during our stay. We had everything we needed to create a family Easter dinner and enjoyed the memories made eating together on the Lanai. Kamaole Sands community has every amenity you would possibly need. The community is located directly across from the Kamaole Beach Park making it convenient to walk across the street to catch an incredible sunset. The unit is close to the elevator which made hauling groceries, beach items and our tired bodies back to the condo easy. Joanna was so communicative, friendly and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We will definitely be back and wouldn't think to stay anywhere else. It was the perfect paradise that we needed!

Lovely condo in great area with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We enjoyed morning coffee on the outdoor dining set on the patio, with a view of the ocean- it was a great way to kick off the day. The unit was clean and spacious and with a teenager, it was great to have two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. In great area with lots of restaurants and places to rent snorkeling and surf gear. We will be back! :)

Perfect place to stay!

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. It was clean and had a beautiful view on the deck. Close to the beach. Unfortunately, the boogie boards that were shown in the picture weren’t at the condo, but we were able to go buy some for the kids. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and was easy to push up and down. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. The AC unit worked perfectly for our hot days. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Comfortable place near great beach

The apartment was great, having the murphy bed plus a sofa bed were a big draw to this unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach towels and equipment. The high seating on the lanai allowed us to enjoy just enough of an ocean view and the sunsets. The pool area was nice with plenty of seating.
