THE ACCOMMODATION

The villa T6/7, with a capacity of 10 people, is located on the heights of Saint Paul in a private development.

You will enjoy the pleasant and sunny climate, recognised on the west coast of Reunion Island, allowing you to recharge your batteries in complete tranquility.

After a busy day exploring the nooks and crannies of the island, you will be delighted to return to La Villa du Pavé which offers all the modern comforts necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The Villa has a ground floor accessible on one level with shower room, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and direct access to the terrace, and is therefore accessible to people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor:

- a living space with fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen with island overlooks the veranda for your outdoor meals facing the pool!

- The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc. Plates, glasses, cutlery, casseroles, pans and all other kitchen utensils and equipment (toaster, kettle, etc.) are at your disposal.

- two double bedrooms with x160cm beds

- a bedroom with 2 single beds x90cm

- a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet

- a laundry room with washing machine

Upstairs:

- a mezzanine with connected flat screen TV (NETFLIX access)

The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot season) and pedestal fans, and those on the ground floor have ceiling fans (no air conditioning).

Linen such as sheets, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Bellemène is ideally located on the heights of Saint Paul at an altitude of less than 300m.

The area is quiet and enjoys a pleasant and sunny climate.

The main asset of the district is the immediate proximity of the Sentier Pavé de Bellemène and its village Lontan.



TRAVELLER ACCESS

Travellers will have access to all the rooms of the house and the outdoor spaces (terrace, garden, barbecue as well as the private swimming pool with sea view), except for the garage.

Check-in is from 4 p.m., and check-out is from 10 a.m.

If the schedule allows it, and you wish to arrive earlier or later, do not hesitate to contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival, and we will get back to you to confirm whether or not it is possible to make another appointment.
