Expansive waterview decks provide the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunrises over Little Oyster Bay.
First Floor
The first floor offers plenty of comfortable living space along with multiple sleeping options. One bedroom features a queen bed and a private bath with a shower stall. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin, while the third bedroom offers three twin beds. A full hallway bath serves these rooms. A cozy sunroom off the kitchen includes a full-size sleeper sofa, making it perfect for teenagers or extra guests.

The second floor features a beautiful waterfront queen bedroom with a luxurious private bath, complete with a jetted tub, large shower stall, and access to a private balcony overlooking the bay. A spacious loft provides additional lounge space with seating, a TV, and a cozy nook with a twin bed.
