This stunning 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom villa in Seagrove Villas, which is nestled in the heart of the Wild Dunes has something for every member of your family. The Wild Dunes is home to championship golf courses, fantastic tennis courts, playground, bicycles rentals, beautiful beaches, and various resort restaurants.

Within our quaint Seagrove Villas is a community pool and private beach access only steps away. Located just a short walk from the heart of the Wild Dunes Resort Area, Seagrove is ideally situated to meet everyone’s preferences.

These owners view ownership as a blessing and a privilege, and are committed to continuous upkeep to create the best experience possible for their valued guest.
Upon entry, you are greeted by a bright, updated and well-furnished place for you to settle in for your vacation. Its open floor plan offers plenty of space for all of your guests. After a day at the beach, you can relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV in the living room. Enjoy cooking meals in this very well equipped, open plan kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite counters, and spacious seating between the bar and dining area. After dinner, relax on the private balcony overlooking the beautiful southern oak trees, or go for a walk at sunset on the beach, which is only two minutes from your front door.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a nicely updated second bathroom conveniently placed just outside the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with smart TV's, WiFi, Cable.
Recognizing that many of our guests may work remotely, a functional work station with high-speed internet is here for your convenience and productivity. And in case you need to do laundry during your stay, the owner has installed a washer and a dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wild Dunes is a great place to stay. We are avid HHI people. Decided to try something different this year, and we’re not disappointed! Our condo was close to pool and beach, my two check points. We were able to get into the condo early, which worked very well for us! The air conditioner was loud, ceiling fan didn’t work (we purchased a new battery for the remote). Only complaints, condo needs a pizza cutter and two trash bags are never enough when on vacation☺️

Great Unit with a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at 3 different units within Seagrove. This one was the best updated and cleanest, though there is an opportunity to add some rugs in the bedrooms to help soften the noise and cover up the dip in the master bedroom floor. Appliances were in great condition. The only downside to this particular unit is that you can hear absolutely every step that's taken in the unit above as well as every single time the water runs (i.e. sink, toilet flushing, etc.). I'm not sure what the property owner could do about it, but it results in a lot of noise at all hours.

Nice villa in Wild Dunes

Overall we had a nice stay at this villa in Wild Dunes resort. The villa has been updated considerably, especially the kitchen and living room. It's an easy 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The unit was mostly quiet when we were there, although the last two days I could hear voices in the next unit through the master bedroom wall. Also the popcorn ceiling in the master bathroom is beginning to peel off. I would have given 4 1/2 stars in light of the above, but that was not possible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo location and layout was great, close to the beach, nice pool area. Amenities in Wild Dunes are more restricted than in past years. Check in process was very easy. The unit had a nice clean look, plenty of living space. Some noise from the wooden stairwell in center of building, also the plumbing was very noticeable (loud whoosh with toilet flushes from other units). Seems to be freshly updated, but showing some signs of age (bathroom ceiling bubbling/ flaking, very slow drains). Overall, it suited our needs and budget.

Misleading or false descriptions on VRBO and Island Realty. High-end Keurig coffee machine? Not. Most basic type. Spa like master bath? Same as the guest bath. Basic tub shower, toilet and sink. Not exactly spa like. Kitchen appliances are dated. Give away on refrigerator are rust spots on doors. I checked manufacture date, 03/07. Sixteen years old. Stove top and oven, well, seen their better days. Island Realty description had Ocean and pool views from living room and master bedroom. Nope. Living room view is oak and palm trees. Master bedroom, parking lot. IOP beach, not so good. The beach close to water's edge and in water like walking on broken glass.

Thanksgiving “staycay”

Wonderful location to beach and beautiful property grounds. Unit was clean and kitchen well equipped for our family turkey day. Bathroom showers kind of gross as water backs up in showers so you stand in ankle deep puddle. Bathrooms very dated. Beds weren’t all that great especially pillows. Needed more linens for pillows. Overall nice clean unit.

Quiet retreat

Lovely short walk through lush landscape to the pool/beach. Not sure if it was because of off-season, but felt it was located in a quiet area which was quite peaceful for morning coffee on the patio. Rental was roomy enough with a large stocked kitchen. Noted on previous reviews was bathroom fixtures needing repairs, but didn’t hinder our stay. Overall enjoyed our visit.

Very nice area, beautiful beach, nice experience checking in,

Overall we had a very nice experience in isle of the palms South Carolina. The beach is beautiful the area that we stayed is quiet and peaceful and close to Charleston which we enjoyed. The only thing I would say is that the unit that we stayed in is a little dated and needs a little upkeep. The cleanliness upon arrival was good however it could have been better. The tile floor felt like it needed a good cleaning which we ended up doing ourselves before we even unpacked. The staff and the realty office was friendly and accommodating. Overall we will definitely be returning to Isle of Palms next time I just think we will stay in a different unit. Respectfully

Great beach condo, not quite on beach

This was a nice place, but pictures/advertising made it look like it was directly on the pool and closer to the beach. Not far to either, just was a little surprised about this.
