My home in Provence.

My house is located on the edge of a small Provençal village in an area outside the subdivision with a quiet area and not overlooked, composed of 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a mezzanine bed. A railway line passes 50 metres away but is not very active (T.E.R. train and a few rare freight trains) and not annoying for the ears.
The living room is divided into 2 parts: a living room/aperitif part with a large sofa/bed convertible 2 places and another part with the living room table which is convertible into a pool table.
The French window opens onto a large covered terrace, with a barbecue, a teak table for 8 people, garden furniture and behind the house, a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided) with lighting to play in the evening or at night, with a view of the 700m2 garden not overlooked and the 8.5X 4 metre swimming pool (an alarm ensures security but nothing beats human supervision).
The bathroom, relatively spacious, has a corner bathtub and a cabin shower.
The kitchen is very functional with plenty of storage, convection oven, induction hob, microwave and toaster and has enough worktop area to cook well.
I can provide a baby cot on request (bedding to be provided)
The village is located at the top of a small hill. There is a pharmacy, a doctor's office, small shops, bar, restaurants etc...
From the house, the hill offers beautiful hikes through a wood and vineyards with beautiful views of Mont Ventoux on one side and Avignon on the other.
15 minutes away you will find several large shopping centres with all the major commercial brands and also something to eat and have fun.
You are also 20-25 minutes from Avignon with its papal palace, its Avignon bridge, and several other emblematic sites/museums.
Further afield, the region offers magnificent hikes with several gorges: Régalons, Véroncle, Nesque, Toulourenc. several massifs: Mont Ventoux, the small and large Luberon, the Alpilles, and on the way to Marseille: the Sainte Victoire, the Sainte Baume, the Calanques, Garlaban and the Mediterranean Sea with its beaches.
There is also the Camargue corresponding to the mouth of the Rhône which is a nature reserve.
In terms of fun, you have several amusement parks: 25km away: "Parc Spirou", "Parc eau monteux" and towards Marseille: "ok Corral".
All these destinations are about 1 hour or less by car.
From July 1st to August 31st, I only accept requests for rentals of at least 7 nights. Please take this into account before any request.

Wifi is present throughout the house, wep code given on arrival.
Inside the enclosure you can park up to 4 cars and outside, in front of the gate, one car.
The property is completely surrounded by a 2 metre high perimeter wall and a non-motorized iron gate.
Parties are forbidden but you can organise family meals.
