Cumberland Vacation 2023

This house was a perfect fit for my adult and teenage children. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space but also a great layout for family time. The check-in process was very easy and the team was super friendly.

Wonderful Home for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. (For older folks there are a lot of stairs to manage.) The house was well equipped with everything we would need. Hosts were very helpful. Would recommend with 5 stars.

Lovely home and lovely view

The house is gorgeous with picturesque view. Plenty of room for our family. Gorgeous deck in lower level and main level, plus two private screened in porches off two of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The home is very cleanly and beautifully decorated. Dianna and her team at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation home!

This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Clean, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and gorgeous views. Great layout for family, including a nice size table in the breakfast room, while still having a lot of places for people to have their own space. We enjoyed eating out on the deck. There was a lot of outside deck space as well as indoor places to hang out. We enjoyed playing board games, and the foosball and pacman were fun. In the area we enjoyed hiking at Natural Arch, Cunningham Falls State, Eagle Falls trail, and a guided hike up into the Pinnacle Fire tower (highly recommended- booked through the naturalist at Cunningham Falls State resort park ). The only thing that wasn't ideal during the vacation was that the hot tub was broken, certainly disappointing, but the managers gave us a partial refund for that. We loved our stay here and only wish it had been longer! Would love to return some day.

Beautiful

What can I say about this rental? It was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and/or do their own thing. They had a Nintendo, board games and Foosball table.. We had a few minor issues that were quickly taken care of. They had everything needed for the kitchen and cooking supplies. They even had foil, storage bags and saran wrap. Beautiful lighting throughout the home. Ceiling fans outside on screened in porch areas. The house was decorated beautifully. The hot tub was big enough for several of us. They had a two car garage that had some fire wood and games also. Lots and lots of storage areas. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again. If you want to go to the lake for swimming, check out Laurel River Lake.

Great Lakehouse

Great house in Lake Cumberland resort! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals! I was really impressed by the attention to detail — little things like having plenty of blankets and fans, games, first aid kit, extra toothbrush/toothpaste/shaving cream/etc. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 5 adults and two kids. The layout was conductive for family time but also having some privacy. The drive way is very steep and there was not a place to park a boat by the house (which I specifically asked ahead of time and was told there was, but we were able to park the boat by the check in under the surveillance cameras. This was satisfactory) Proximity to boat ramp was great! The water around the ramp was perfect for wakeboarding — South fork is great for boating!
