30 m² studio apartment, located in a quiet area with a covered terrace, in a secure residence with private parking and an outdoor swimming pool. Nearby amenities include a pharmacy, dry cleaner, laundromat, bakery, doctors' offices, nursing care centre, tobacconist, restaurants, etc. The "Le Grand Mail" shopping centre is approximately 650 m away on foot. The "Foch" bus stop is opposite the residence (line 3). The Dax train and bus station is 1.2 km away. The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchenette: two-door refrigerator, hob, microwave/grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
