Experience the first new complex built on the Shores in over 10 years! Porcelain Tile Floors, Sliding Wood Shutters, Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Countertops throughout give this 3rd floor unit a clean, luxury feel with a soothing coastal vibe.

When you are done riding the waves, building the castles and soaking up the sun, relax in front of the main room’s 65 inch Flat Screen, watch the waves roll in while sipping those icy blender drinks on your beachfront balcony, or play “Just ONE MORE ” game of UNO with your deliriously happy, sea-tousled kids.

The large, dreamy Master Suite with King Sized Bed, 50 inch Flat Screen and rolling ocean view coupled with the roomy master bath and spacious tiled shower might make you reluctant to leave your room, but, eventually, hunger will draw you out and you will discover that…

Food is better at the beach! Whether you prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, stroll down the beach to Crabby Joe’s on the Pier, or sample the famous local eateries - live music, kid friendly venues, fun historical restaurants - it’s all there. In addition, the large dining room table seats a comfortable 6 while the bar provides 4 additional stools for plenty of “MAKE HER STOP TOUCHING ME!” seating options.

Sun-filled Bedrooms 2 with on King bed and 2 are equipped with Queen Beds, Flat Screen Televisions and even a peek of the Intercostal. (Additionally available are 2 cot sized, 4-inch trifold mattresses with bedding because we, too, have experienced everything from the irritable, “He is BREATHING too loud!” to the dreaded, “I don’t FEEL so good…” ).

Beautiful well-appointed unit

The unit could not be better - beautifully furnished, more than enough linens and well-stocked kitchen. Having the beach supplies available for guest use is invaluable. Would definitely book again.

Excellent property

Very conveniently located new property. Elevators super fast, large, and clean. Luggage & shopping carts available to assist move in. Unit itself very well stocked and tastefully, comfortably decorated. The owner obviously had taken prior reviewers’ suggestions & there was a plentiful starter supply of all the essentials in all baths and the kitchen. Communication with property contact was excellent. Excellent beachfront views. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order our entire stay - we were told it needed a major repair. The pool was full of children all day every day so we were never able to use it. The parents also marked all the chairs with towels before 7am daily. Fortunately access to the beach (which is why we were there) was extremely easy and convenient. Excellent rental in a lovely safe area of Florida.

Great views, clean property.

Overall, this is a great condo, clean, great views and nice pool/ jacuzzi amenities (although one day the jacuzzi was not heated). Also, the property manager that met us and took us around the property was fantastic (Kaylee)! For a high end property such as this, though, basic amenities should be provided for guests. I would encourage the owners to stock a weeks worth of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and washing machine pods for their guests so they do not have to head to the grocery store upon arrival to buy and stock the basics. The owner will engender much good will by providing these supplies at little cost to the owner. Otherwise, the condo was great.

Relaxing Vacation

The condo is new and nicely furnished. Condo is very close to the ocean and listening to the waves at night is very relaxing. Beach was nice and not overly crowded. Multiple keys for room, trash and outside doors was complicated at first but we got the hang of it after a day or two. Management response to the few requests was top notch. Would recommend this property to any family looking in the Daytona area.

Nice Family Vacation

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and nicely stocked and furnished. The use of the storage cage was wonderful with the exception of the padlock not functioning properly. We brought all of our own beach stuff, but it was nice to have the use of chairs, toys, a cooler, umbrellas, and even a wagon if desired. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. The only cons were the deadbolt lock on the unit door which was extremely loose and required a key (something else to carry around). The lock is supposed to lock itself but during our week we found that sometimes it did and sometimes it didn’t. Would be much more convenient to have a lock with a code as you only get 2 sets of keys and when you have a mixed age group, many times that isn’t enough of going separate ways. Condo complex was nowhere close to full, many empty units, and the secondary lot was full, so I can imagine next year that the “2nd parking spot” that you’re supposed to have will be unavailable as it is first come first serve and they have nowhere close to the number of required spaces for half of the units to have 2 vehicles (we have found this to be entirely too common at Daytona condos). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Why they chose this property

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
