The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The bed was comfortable. The owner was very easy to contact and answered our questions quickly. The ocean views and sunrises from the balcony were stunning. It is in a great location, and we walked many miles on the beach. It was relaxing sitting out on the balcony andwatching the dolphins and the pelicans.

24th Anniversary

Owner met us upon arrival to give us keys and a quick tour. Room is as beautiful or more so than pictured. Great place to bring the family, we look forward to coming back with our grandchildren next year.

Such a great week!

The condo was beautiful on the inside, kept up and decorated really nicely! The outside of the condo, up and down the beach, is under a lot of construction (which is sad and a little annoying) but Doug, the owner, forewarned us and was super apologetic about it. It was a great week and I was so sad to leave today!! Would definitely book here again!

Doug & Lori’s place is decorated the same way we would when we up with a place similar. It has everything you need & everything you want. Beautiful large balcony overlooking the ocean . Just the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Also within a 2-3 mile drive for a little rowdier scene if that’s what you prefer. We will be back unless we buy one first.🌴😬

A perfect condo!

Doug - thank you for the wonderful check in experience! First off - the view - WOW - from the moment you walk in the condo, the ocean extends for miles. We spent several hours each night on the wonderful balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Location was perfect - close to restaurants and shopping. Underground parking was a plus. The building and beach access was extremely secure which we appreciated with younger kids. Our family enjoyed every single minute of our stay and look forward to coming back!

We stayed for just over two weeks. The condo is amazing and it’s right on the beach. When we arrived the manager was there to greet us and gave us the keys to enter the condo. She was very pleasant. When we entered the condo it was clean from top to bottom with our keys and garage card sitting on the counter. We meet the owner and he was an absolute amazing person. He said if there was anything we need he would definitely accommodate us. If you have a chance to rent this property I highly recommend it. Definitely 10/10.

Great place and location.

This place was great. I loved the balcony. This was our first time in Daytona and won’t be our last. The condo was stocked with everything that you need. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and laundry soap. Very clean! The only issue with the condominium that some would have is there is construction going on during the weekdays that starts around 8 am every morning. We have teenagers so it helped get them up and going everyday.

The view is (almost) everything!

Right on Daytona Beach! The balcony is huge with very comfortable furniture, and the huge view of the ocean is just wonderful. The place is very nicely decorated with beachy decor and nice furnishings. Loved having two bathrooms even though we used just one of the two bedrooms. Very convenient to the one bridge so it’s easy to go across to the mainland. Doug was wonderful to work with and met us at the condo unit when we arrived and showed us everything so that we could be comfortable and secure in our stay. There’s even a basement garage with secure parking for your car. Enjoy!

Perfect beach condo!

Very nice condo. Great communication with owner. Was there for 10 days to get some beach time and for the Rockville music festival. Location was perfect. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get back from the concert. There is still construction going on in and around the building due to the hurricane damage. It was not problematic for us as we don't go to the beach to spend time in the condo. Amazing trip. Beautiful view from the balcony. Can't wait to return next year for Rockville 2024!
