Great house and great hosts!

This was a great house for three generations of our family. The pool was perfect for kids (age 3-13) and adults, and so was the bocce court and putting green. Everything was clean and comforatble and Walt and Sherry were in close touch whenever we needed them. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a great spot for our summer vacation! It's just a short ride to the beach, lakes and rail trail, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The house was also spotless when we arrived. All in all, a great place to stay on the Cape!

Wonderful Stay

The home was perfect for our stay! Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. The backyard has so many different activities for everyone to enjoy and is extremely private. Walt and Sherry were extremely responsive and were helpful with recommendations of various things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Everything You Could Want in a Vacation Home!

Stayed here for a golf trip and was very impressed. Location was perfect, and travel to and from the courses was quick and easy. The home itself was exactly as described, backyard was wonderful, all living areas were spacious and clean. Perfect Getaway

Upon check-in we discovered a goody basket left to welcome us to this lovely home. The house was well stocked and large enough for 5 adults and a baby. The pool was heated, and water was clean and clear. There was a protective awning over one of the outside tables which allowed us shade while we enjoyed the BBQ. Walt was very accommodating and checked in via text to ensure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect family getaway. We highly recommend this home and hope to return next year.

Dream vacation

We really enjoyed our wonderful vacation of a lifetime in Brewster. We swam in the beautiful POOL , the sea, kayaked the Bass river and dined and shopped in Hyannis . Then came home to this clean inviting home and of course the fun , fun pool . ** I appreciated the awning that covered the outdoor dining, protecting us from the sun. It was so peaceful. We even managed to complete a 1000 piece puzzle. Thank you!!!

Great stay in Brewster

The house was clean and accommodated our group of nine well. The pool and deck were a hit and we spent a few afternoons/evenings grilling, chatting and enjoying a nice swim in the pool (heated for those cooler days). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances and everything was labeled. The house is close to several beaches where we got to experience beautiful sunsets and wonderful memories with our group of family/friends. The living room was spacious and accommodated movie nights and game nights. Walt was great at communicating with and answered every question promptly. I greatly recommend this place!

Perfect house for a young family

We had a great 2-week stay at Walt and Sherry’s house. The kitchen has all we needed and the house feels very up to date. The heated saltwater pool is perfect for a young family, especially as there was a heat wave during our stay. Location is 10-15 mins from tons of restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were all air conditioned and there was a little office which was great for doing some remote work. Outdoor patio table with retractable cover was ideal for all our meals. Would surely stay here again if we make it back to cape cod.
