Great property - backyard was an oasis!Terrific location - able to explore multiple beaches (get parking pass ahead of arrival )Would definitely return - hosts were very available but truthfully never needed to reach out !

Our family loved the house and the location. Secluded by the trees in a warm water pool was a lovely experience. The house was well-sized for our family and the host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Would love to stay again in the future.

Great house and great hosts!

This was a great house for three generations of our family. The pool was perfect for kids (age 3-13) and adults, and so was the bocce court and putting green. Everything was clean and comforatble and Walt and Sherry were in close touch whenever we needed them. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great house

This was a great spot for our summer vacation! It's just a short ride to the beach, lakes and rail trail, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The house was also spotless when we arrived. All in all, a great place to stay on the Cape!

Wonderful Stay

The home was perfect for our stay! Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. The backyard has so many different activities for everyone to enjoy and is extremely private. Walt and Sherry were extremely responsive and were helpful with recommendations of various things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Everything You Could Want in a Vacation Home!

Stayed here for a golf trip and was very impressed. Location was perfect, and travel to and from the courses was quick and easy. The home itself was exactly as described, backyard was wonderful, all living areas were spacious and clean. Walt was quick to respond to any questions I had and made the entire process easy, from booking to check in to check out. Highly recommend this property!

Summer vacation with family and fiends

We have rented many properties, but this was one of the best! The house was very well equipped with exceptional attention to detail. We enjoyed the pool, games and outdoor space, as well as all the amenities. Great property and great hosts!

Family vacation

This is our second year at this property, and it never disappoints! It is well maintained, well stocked and spotless. Walt is available and responsive to any questions or concerns and goes the extra mile by providing an impressive welcoming basket, as well as many other touches that give it a spa like feel. Perfect Getaway

Upon check-in we discovered a goody basket left to welcome us to this lovely home. The house was well stocked and large enough for 5 adults and a baby. The pool was heated, and water was clean and clear. There was a protective awning over one of the outside tables which allowed us shade while we enjoyed the BBQ. Walt was very accommodating and checked in via text to ensure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect family getaway. We highly recommend this home and hope to return next year.

Dream vacation

We really enjoyed our wonderful vacation of a lifetime in Brewster. We swam in the beautiful POOL , the sea, kayaked the Bass river and dined and shopped in Hyannis . Then came home to this clean inviting home and of course the fun , fun pool . ** I appreciated the awning that covered the outdoor dining, protecting us from the sun. It was so peaceful. We even managed to complete a 1000 piece puzzle. Thank you!!!
