About 25 km from Perpignan and 30 km from Canet, this cottage, quietly located in a district of the village of Corneilla-la-Rivière, is equipped with all the comforts for you to stay pleasantly.

You will also enjoy the owners' swimming pool (5 x 10 m - and depth from 1 to 1.70 m) with adapted schedules to be defined with the owner on site.

This single-storey house is set in the fenced property (1500 m²) where the owners live.
The kitchen with dining room opens onto its private terrace of 70 m² (garden furniture, plancha area), with a view of the communal swimming pool which is accessed through a gate.
