Welcome to our Purple Palace, your home away from home, our happy place! Your stay here will be nothing short of amazing! Surrounded by beaches with clearwater from the Gulf Coast! Located 1mi to Nokomis beach, 2mi to Venice, 3mi to Casey Keys & a 35minute ride to Sarasota & Siesta Keys. There’s so much to do & see for a single, couple, or family adventure! Jet skiing, sip & cycle cruises, yoga on the beach, snorkeling, bird watching, dance parties on the beach, shopping & so much more…

Purple Palace is a 2bd/2bath guest suite which features clean, bright and sun-filled rooms. Free Wifi, clean laundry room, and good time. This listing is two units joined by a laundry room with private entrances. Perfect for 2 couples vacationing together or a family stay! Kitchen features stove and dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, hot water kettle, pots, pans, and many utensils. Kitchenette features hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, utensils, and a larger refrigerator. Two living areas and a larger dinning area with a table that seats six. Both living spaces are equipped with smart TVs and pull out couches which can also turn into beds. For your beach needs we have: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and coolers.

The backyard is the perfect place to relax in the sun on the pool patio. There’s 30ft salt water pool which is serviced and cleaned weekly, to meet high standards.

This is not a party house, but rather a relaxing retreat. If you're looking for a rowdy and loud weekend, kindly look elsewhere.

Had a great time

Love the location and the owner was awesome they had made sure everything was great for our stay we got in late and they had put out snacks and had the lights on so we could see to get in.. the pool at the house is amazing we appreciate everything..the house was fully equipped with everything we needed looking forward to going back :)

AWESOME Place to Stay!

The house was very nice and close to a bunch of beaches and great places to eat! The owner was super nice and very accommodating! I very highly recommend staying here!

Experience

Didn’t explain multiple units. Wasn’t explained well where to go for our unit. Vacuum in Pool was always in there. No lights outside. Shared washer and dryer. Smelled like a wet dog. Dirt and nerf dart under the bed. Beds were horrible. Springs made noise and were hard. TVs were to low and would bend neck down to see. Crying child a lot. No key to get to sliding glass door. People could walk in and out of our room. No power on some outlets. Not enough chairs at pool. Not enough area to sit inside. The futon had to be used for a bed for our child and it was so low you couldn’t sit on it anyways. Shower rod isn’t a true shower rod and kept falling.
