Hello! Welcome to the Flamingo!
This is a private resort near the beach. Enjoy a 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride to the beach.
New heated Saltwater pool enclosed for guests.
One acre of fenced compound for privacy.
All new updated cottages.
Beach chairs, gas grill, and umbrellas furnished. Beaches and Shopping are close. You have it all here!!

The Flamingo was great for our 3 person family. The pool was not very busy and we had it to ourselves when we wanted to use it. The access for beach amenities was excellent and saved us some extra purchases, ie skimboard, sharktooth shovel. The screened in porch with a drying rack for suits/towels was an added bonus. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great place for a family

We enjoyed a couple nights here as a family. Walkable to great local Restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities on the property, and the house was as clean as a whistle. We will be back!

Super cute property! The pool was amazing, our kids had a great time. We had a tiny hiccup with a cleaning crew miscommunication that was quickly fixed.

The Flamingo beach house in Nokomis

We are the Floridians living in Venice . Our son's family came and stayed at Flamingo which we rented for them. They were satisfied. When we visited them everything looked good, convenient and complete. Just one suggestion - it would be nice to have a sun breaking screen on lanai to protect from bright and hot afternoon sun .

Great location and property!

Very convenient location for dining, shopping, beach, and the jetties. The pool is very nice and comfortable and they have all the toys you need to enjoy your stay. If we are ever in this area again this property will be at the top of our list!
