Wonderful open floor plan, beautifully decorated house located on the intercoastal waterway in Holden Beach. Bring you boat or enjoy a day of fishing off the dock.. Home has a very open living area and is surrounded by many porches and viewing areas. There is a wonderful crow's nest that can be used to take in the amazing sunsets. Walking distance to beach, marina, shops and restaurants 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft area provide comfortable accommodations for 10 guests.

This is a great property. Jon is an amazing host. When we arrived, the power was out due to some weather related issues. The owner had an electrician come right out to the house to assist. Great service.

Great house for a family vacation!

We loved our time here! The house was open and great for our little one to toddle around. It was close to the beach, playground and restaurants. At the end of the day, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the sunset.

Wonderful vacation

Very nice. We loved the boardwalk and dock on the sound. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

The property is super convenient to restaurants, but a short walk to the beach. We were worried about the weather, but it was absolutely gorgeous. No traffic since it’s on a dead end street - this was a huge plus. Thanks for clarifying the cable issue. We enjoyed our stay.

The house couldn’t have been better! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and spacious, the kitchen had most anything you could need, and the outdoor space the house had was awesome and wonderful! And not to mention the dock with access to the sound! The communication with the property managers was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thanks so much!!

The perfect family vacation

My husband, 4 kids and I rented this property for our summer getaway and it was perfect! Holden Beach really is the “family” beach, but this house allowed us the perfect blend between beach fun and intracoastal relaxation. The house was gorgeous, clean, spacious and very welcoming! We had room for everyone. The favorite spot was the back deck porch where we enjoyed dinners by sunset and late night conversations. I would recommend this house to any family!

Our amazing water way home is surrounded by wonderful porches and amazing sunsets. We are less than 5 minutes from the beach and a quick walk to the marina, restaurants and shops. On summer weekends, there are concerts and festivals underneath the bridge and across the water way at Betty's Restaurant. Holden Beach is a wonderful island that is relaxing and fun. Bring your boar, charter a fishing excursion , paddle board down the waterway or just sit on the porch and relax. Our home will not let you down!!
