Tertible. NO quiet time. Other tenant exceeded capacity and was super loud and disruptive the entire time.

This is not a fair review. Outside of our control, their was a guest below this property that was di being disruptive with some friends coming over on a Holiday weekend . . We immediately spoke to the disruptive guest who was immediately cooperative and quiet. These things do happen and the issues was resolved within one hour with no further complaints.

Amazing location, a little beat up

One block to the beach and 2 blocks to the beginning of the Seaside Heights boardwalk makes this an AMAZING location. But I will say that the place is a bit more beat up than I prefer. Nothing horrible, but you can tell things were REALLY used by many - just not what I expected for something that was supposed to be more recently renovated. Office (Andrea) and maintenance (Ron) staff were incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. So I'd definitely work with this rental company again - but would look for a property that wasn't so banged up.

End of season rentals are always a challenge for the Host as your rental was one of the last rentals of the season . Properties are fully updated each season. We work hard through the season Tom provide the best possible customer service and provide impeccable maintenance and cleaning
