Location was great for us as we only go to Island Beach. House was clean and as advertised. For guests like us who want to cook, about $150 of additional kitchen tools would be greatly appreciated. For example, aluminum foil and cling wrap, a salad spinner, some wooden spoons, a larger cutting board. Lots of stairs, so guests with mobility problems might struggle. Overall we had a great stay, so this is constructive criticism only. Thanks!

Our family including children and grandchildren spent a week at the property. Most amazing was that it was actually walk in ready. There were linens and towels, shampoo, soap for bodies, dishewasher, clothes. Just walk in and enjoy. The espresso machine even had to go cups for morning coffee on the beach. And the exit was equally easy....leave and lock the door. The beach was an easy walk to the end of the block with a boardwalk for longer walks and the ice cream store was next door!! A great experience for all.
