Step into this beautiful Coastal Paradise! Nestled in the heart of this magical island, Sand Casa awaits you with its recent renovations and delightful decor. A mere 2-3 minute drive transports you to the sandy shores, while the most popular attractions, including Pleasure Pier, Sea Wall, The Strand, and Schlitterbahn, are just a leisurely 3-5 minutes away. Prepare to immerse yourself in the endless fun that Galveston has to offer.

This cozy home features two bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable queen beds, and two full bathrooms. The spacious living room boasts a sectional sofa with a queen-sized premium sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. After a day of soaking up the Galveston sunshine, unwind in the inviting living room, kitchen, and dining areas.

Stay entertained with our two smart televisions, offering cable and streaming options for popular shows and sporting events. The backyard is fully fenced and offers gated parking for your convenience. Take advantage of large backyard and enjoy grilling your favorite meals while lounging on the deck.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, instapot, crockpot, blender and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals as needed. Whether you prefer a single cup or a full pot of brew, the dual coffee maker has you covered.

To enhance your beach experience, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a pack n play, board games, beach toys, and a couple of boogie boards. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you enjoy your stay and feel right at home.

Cozy cottage

We stayed here one night before our cruise out of Galveston. The place was adorable, very clean and spacious. The location was near everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Galveston.

Great January Stay

The house is exactly as advertised! Everything is recently updated and the place is very livable; my son and I enjoyed our time there in between our fishing jaunts! Access was easy and house had all the amenities needed. We would highly recommend!

We are so sorry to see that you did not feel our home was a 5 star stay because of the size! There were no other problems relayed to us by your group. Our home is approximately 1100 square feet and easily accommodates the 6 person overnight limit. We recently hosted a 15 person afternoon only bridal shower in the home and there was plenty of room for the guests. As hosts we went above and beyond to work with you regarding the missed payments and rebooking of our property. We also showed grace with house rules that were not followed which included movement of the couches and a spill in the living room which your group left unattended and therefore required extra attention by my cleaning staff. Please always communicate with a host if you are unhappy since most of us are small business owners and not large corporations who rely on fair and honest ratings on our properties for continued operation.

This property was beyond what pictures and description say. We loved our stay at this location. Great place

My family of 4 (parents and 2 boys; 7 and 8) really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and inviting. We were so grateful for the beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc) so we didn't have to buy or pack those. The bed were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our only negative was the surrounding neighborhood isn't the greatest. However, it is centrally located on the island, so it was easy to get everywhere quickly.

You Won't Be Disappointed

This is a a great property. Easy to get to. close to everything. Everything needed for a great vacation. We only stayed two days as we were attending Mardi Gras but could see where longer would be easy. Updated and clean. I particularly liked the parking in the back. It is in the back yard and you have open the gates from the inside but it keeps your car off the street. Would stay here again in a heart beat, Thank you Kim and Shea for an enjoyable stay!

We are a mom and son team from Dripping Springs, Texas. We fell in love with the charm of Galveston on our many visits over the past ten years. Shea purchased this lovely home to be near the beach while working remotely during Covid. Now that it's time for him to head back into the office, we decided to share this wonderful treasure with others who are visiting Galveston.

This home is cute and quaint with added Galveston charm. It's a short 5 minute drive to everything Galveston has to offer such as the beach, Sea Wall, The Strand, Moody Gardens, Golf, and Schlitterbahn. Plus we've included everything you need make you feel like you're at home. This includes 5 star beds and linens, warm and inviting decor, cable TV and an ultra comfy sectional couch.

What makes this property unique

Gated parking in back for two cars. Our unique fish art on the wall which was created by a local artist. It's a one of a kind that every guest enjoys!
