Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the towels washing. (Not required but it helps.
Turn air conditioner off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking inside unit. Guest are allowed to smoke outside on patio. Please pick up your buds. There is a $250 charge for smoking inside the unit.
No parties are allowed. You will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
Please no running or jumping in units. We usually have guest downstairs.

I live in Houston and enjoy 👪 family time and spending time with my grandson. We Love to travel and find hidden gems. We loved coming to Galveston growing up and decided why not own some property here. We enjoy the beach, water park, listening to the ocean and eating the great food out here. There is always something to do!!

Very Calm and quiet location. Can hear the ocean at night. Only 2 walkable blocks to the beach!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful unit with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The full size bunk beds are a perk for kids and adults. It’s 2 blocks from the beach (6 minute walk) with so any restaurants and shopping to do less than a 10 minute walk.
