Gorgeous 3600 sf home less than 10 min walk from downtown MB shops and beach. Great room/Kitchen, dining room, living room, bonus room and half bath downstairs. Beautifully landscaped backyard with BBQ, bar top, firepit/TV area and in-ground spa is perfect for indoor/outdoor living. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs - one MBR and one guest bedroom with bathrooms en suite. Two other bedrooms share a bath for the kids. Great for a family looking for the summer beach getaway.
