Beautiful property very close to the beach and a walkable surrounding neighborhood. Felt safe and was comfortable. Beds were great. Loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean. I would definitely recommend. Sweet host.

Great location and lovely stay! Came here with a couple friends to celebrate my 30th birthday we had a great time. The outdoor balcony area at sunset is gorgeous and the entire property was clean and looked just like the pictures. Only a 3 minute walk from the beach and about a 12 minute walk into town along the strand. It’s located directly above The Hive which is one of our fav cafes too, very convenient if you wanna grab a quick bite to eat. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to spend some time in Manhattan Beach!

Great location; easy walk down to a great beach, and overall a great place to discover MB and the South Bay. Also, only about 1/2 mile from the wonderful restaurants and shops near the Manhattan Beach pier. Only downside is that it's right across from a gas station and on a busy road that can be loud at night. Also, the bedrooms let in a ton of light, so make sure you have a sleep mask. Hosts are great communicators and assisted us immediately with a couple minor issues.

The hosts were thoughtful and responsive. The kitchen well stocked with nice pans and utensils as well as coffee supplies. Beds and bedding were very comfortable with multiple soft throw blankets available for the winter evenings. The whole place is decorated beautifully with high ceilings and light colors. We Loved the deck and propane fire outside with a perfect view of the beach and sunset. The Hive cafe downstairs is super convenient and absolutely amazing. Everything I tried was delicious

Of staying in manhattan beach area this is excellent place. Walkable to the pier but parking a bit easier as a few blocks away. Great patio! 2 bathrooms is nice as well.

Fantastic location and condo! Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Walkable to anything in downtown manhattan beach. Stayed at this location during the World Cup, was an easy ride to sofi stadium and airport with less traffic. Would stay again!
