Newly Remodeled 4-Bedroom 3-Bath Home Is Right On The Beach, Waiting For You

This lake house has all the comforts of home, plus every amenity you want for a fantastic vacation. Located in beautiful Michigan City (just 65 miles from Chicago and 35 miles from South Bend) this home is perfect for summer vacations, weekend winery tours, and Notre Dame sports weekends. Only one house separates this home from one of Lake Michigan's most gorgeous beaches so you can enjoy the luxury of beach front living. In addition to the beach, you're also in very close proximity to Washington Park, Washington Park Zoo, Blue Chip Casino, Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets and everything the area has to offer.

The home was completely remodeled in 2019. It features a very large master bedroom with a king bed, two quality bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a fourth bedroom with 3-4 single beds for little ones or smaller singles. Three FULL bathrooms are provided for ultimate convenience during your stay. There's a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living and dining area. Vintage stained glass windows contribute to the hip cottage atmosphere. Over 500 square feet of patio space in the private backyard, with a large fire pit, limestone game court and plenty of seating gives you tons of space for dining and relaxing. The house also has an outdoor shower for rinsing after a long day at the beach!

During peak summer months the property is rented on a weekly basis, generally Friday-to-Friday. We look forward to seeing you at Dune Fine!

This is one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in. The location is great for the beach. The house was stocked well with anything we needed. A great option for a Michigan City beach stay!

Dune fine was an amazing property with the perfect set up for a much needed girls weekend. Steps from the beach, great backyard with fire pit, plenty of beds and baths for everyone and a great room/dining room area for hanging and playing games. We would def stay again!
