Wonderful place. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Location is amazing we walked everywhere. We had a small problem with a lock and they came out immediately and fixed it. Very responsive. Just a heads up, the garage is very small it is best suited for a compact car. We would stay there again.

Property was nicely appointed and v clean. Lots of “starter packages” there ie tp, spices, coffee filters etc.. The best part about this property is Heirloom. They are fabulous hosts and extremely responsive. We had some unforeseen issues checking in and Heirloom attended immediately. Staff was professional, polite and oh so efficient. When we checked out we simply packed and left… no “instructions “ to clean, strip beds, empty trash as with many others… Bravo, Heirloom !

We rented this carriage house for a week while dropping off our first year student at SCAD. It was a great place to stay. It is well appointed and quiet, with secure off-street parking in a one-car garage (though the garage is very tight, being in Savannah). The pool was a nice place to relax after long days, though as the listing states, it is shared with the main house. We loved this spot and would stay here again.

Savannah Quick Trip

The property location and layout was perfect for the quick trip to Savannah. It was good walking distance eateries and historical district. Disappointed in the pool area not being cleaned (left over cans), swim suit, and throw blanket in master bedroom.

The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and location was fantastic. The host was very responsive as well. Just a couple of suggestions or future improvements, would be better signage, specifically in reference to the gates or doors of the property. The other would be parking. If your stay starts on a weekend day, parking in the front of the building is free. If your stay is on a week day, then my understanding is you have to pay for parking. Also, there is a one car garage, which is nice, but for small to compact cars only.

We loved it. Carriage house was very nice, clean, modern & stocked well. Loved the private pool & bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen.Only issue would be small parking space & the multiple codes for access was a tad confusing. TyAmy Eley

This was a convenient and very well maintained property that is located in a good area for experiencing historical landmarks. It was a bit difficult to find, but help was readily available. The SUV that we rented was a bit too large for the garage and so we had to If you have a sedan or smaller vehicle, having a garage to park in each night is a big WOW!! The 2nd bedroom downstairs is really tight. A double bed and not much room for anything else. My major complaint is that there is no window covering on the door out to the hot tub and thus there is a good chance that your neighbors will see you moving from the bathroom to the bedroom, or choosing your clothing, etc. One door blind would make a world of difference. Everything was clean, although there was mold in the washing machine (but that might be normal for the south?). We would stay in this location again and with only a few tweaks, this would be a location with all stars.

Save your money and book elsewhere. This place fell so far below my standards and was a complete waste of money. The quality of the items were horrible. Most of the blinds were broken, the fan in the living room didn’t work, not all burners on stove worked. Furniture was dirty. WiFi didn’t work. Patio was dirty. Check in was horrible and we missed our dinner reservation because we were stranded outside for almost an hour to even get in. Master bath slow to drain and my son fell in the bathroom because of all the water. Would not ever go back
