Easily booked and smooth communication. The property was exactly as described. Situated in a nice secluded rural area, just minutes from Branson and many other area attractions. The house was beautiful and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary snacks and coffee were a wonderful touch. Full size washer/dryer. Full bath on both levels. 100% recommended. 100% would book again.

What a great stay! If you are looking for an “out of the way” place with a beautiful view, this place is for you! It’s closer to Branson than you might think. Our hosts seemed to think of everything. We’ll be back!

Great weekend stay!

The Landing House was a great place to stay for our family. It is clean, updated, and has enough room for everyone. The outside amenities (seating, parking, grill, etc) were all wonderful and its close proximity to Cricket Creek Marina is ideal for boaters. We’ll definitely be staying there again!

Great cottage if you want to stay a bit outside the hustle and bustle of Branson! The cottage was clean, had ample bedding/supplies, and we had so much fun as a family! They have tons of board games and toys for kids and we had a blast a few nights just playing fun family games, which we never get to do. The fire pit was relaxing and fun. Two full bathrooms was super helpful for a family of five. However, bring toilet paper, as we ran out quickly and then you need to supply your own. The little beach down the road was peaceful and fun. The only cons would be that there were quite a few wasps/mud daubers darting around the front porch. There was wasp spray provided, but the kids were freaked out. Also, the gravel road is a little rough and windy/hilly (which makes sense given the area). I would have no hesitations in a truck or with 4-wheel drive, but it was a bit slow and tedious in a smaller vehicle. Overall, it was a great stay on a beautiful property with access to Branson, as well as outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this property for a small family or two couples. Thanks for a great stay!

Everyone loved your goodies left on the counter for us! Very welcoming and home-like feeling. We really enjoyed the fire pit outside and supplying wood for it.

This cabin was amazing and the perfect place for my sisters Bachelorette party in Branson. It was beautiful and cozy! Had enough space for us 7 girls and even a few friends as well.

Fun Quick Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a cute property with everything you need! We enjoyed the quiet area, close proximity to a great place to swim, and quick drive to the Branson strip!

It was dust all over... Died bugs in many places. Front porch had a nest for bees... We came back from 2022, wanted to revive the excellent experience we had back then. Found out property was not maintained well

So relaxing!! Second time staying here. Short drive to Branson and highway, but away from the noise and busyness. Cabin feels much larger and roomier than it looks. Beds are very comfy. Very clean. Our family just loves staying here!

Perfect spot for Branson getaway

The property was clean, pics are accurate and it suited our needs perfectly. It’s close to all Branson has to offer but far enough away to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Branson.
