Large Beachfront Condo

Welcome to the Grande Surf Club condos!
This huge, 1900 Sq ft/unit., 28 unit building, is physically located on the 3rd floor as the 1st floor is covered parking. The actual address is for the 2nd floor so it’s only 2 flights of stairs or a short elevator ride up! You still get the perfect view without being too far up!

There are only 2 units per floor, so it NEVER, EVER gets crowded. This is what a beach vacation should be all about! Luxury, ease, and near many attractions and restaurants.

This extraordinary condo features a massive living area with a fireplace, flat screen TV’s throughout and a generous wrap around balcony for infinite views. 500 GB high speed internet is included. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need including a Keurig duo coffee maker. All sheets and bath towels are included. There’s a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, pack & play, high chair, float noodles, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Unfortunately no beach towels will be included.

There is gated parking, 2 designated parking spots (outside of holidays), and a private gulf front pool.

Renters (name on the contract) occupying must 25 years old and over. NO pets. NO smoking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Oh my goodness, this was the most amazing condo we have ever visited. We have family in Panama City, so we've been there frequently. The size of the unit is amazing, the porch wraps around and the view is stunning. It is easy to get to, in a lower traffic area, and you can walk to many amenities. The unit was spotless and it had everything we needed. We will definitely check out this unit first whenever we visit.

This was our third time to stay at this condo and we absolutely love it. You couldn’t ask for anything better. The view is absolutely stunning. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Never a long wait for the elevator. The condo is very clean and roomy. Thanks for the access to use the beach chairs. Really hated to leave and come back to reality.

Wonderful place to stay

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, easy and timely communication with the owner, very comfortable, and lots of space to spread out. It is close to lots of attractions and has a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again!

All of the convenience without the crowd!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Beachfront, close enough to anything you want, but just out of the way of the crowds. Plenty of room on the beach and our kids loved moving the pool in the afternoon. Our host was communicative and super helpful. We will be back!

The Grande Surf is a beautiful property. We stayed in 2W and it is stunning. Wrap around balcony huge living area and great beds and pillows. I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We also loved that there were only two units per floor, so no waiting forever for the elevator, also not so crowded on the beach. We would definitely recommend this property for your beach vacation. This is an amazing condo. Photos don’t do it justice. This is the cleanest, comfiest and most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything. The views are amazing and it’s on a quiet stretch of beach. Couldn’t ask for more.

The condo was just as described on VRBO. It was very spacious and decorated nicely. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Hosts communicated quickly to any questions we had. The beach front was very nice. The beach umbrellas, chairs and toys supplied by the host were much appreciated.

Everything about the condo was great. My only complaint is the parking. Out of our 7 nights there, I was only able to park at the actual condo twice even though I was told I had 2 spots with the rental. The one spot that I actually had assigned to me was never available.

Our family stayed in 2W it was absolutely amazing the owner Nicole was also amazing. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and if there was anything else that she could do to make it better. Very clean and looks amazing. It felt like a home away from home! It’s close to everything and everyone was very friendly. There is passcodes for everything so nobody can just come and go unless they are staying there. This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed at. The appliances are up to date everything looked brand new I will try and stay here every year. I honestly can’t stress how clean this place was. Thanks for our amazing stay we will for sure be back it was well worth the 13 hour trip here! ❤️

Could not have had a more perfect stay at a place! There were 6 of us for this trip & not once did we feel on top of each other. Everyone had their own space in the evenings & it was nice! The hosts were so nice & easy to get a hold of when needed. I messaged her Friday evening about water pressure being low & she immediately messaged me back to let me know maintenance will be notified. They had it fixed the next afternoon. The kitchen is well stocked for all that you would need! The living room has beautiful wrap around windows to enjoy the ocean view from the comfort of the couch if wanted! The sliding glass doors in the living room & master bedroom are HEAVY & make a lot of noise. We rarely heard our upstairs neighbors thankfully, but we knew every single time they went in & out on their balcony. The master bedroom/bathroom was my favorite. I landed on this condo for the bathtub. There is plenty of hot water to fill that huge tub up which was so nice to be able to relax & unwind after a long day in the sun! The bed itself was like sleeping on clouds. The queen bunk beds were perfect for the teenagers to have their own space! The 3rd bedroom states it has a queen bed in there. My parents sleep in a queen bed at home & they both said it was more on the full side instead of a queen. The pool was lovely, you may encounter seat savers @ the pool which they tell you in the rules not to do that, but we saw it every day. The beach bin was well stocked w/ chairs, toys, & umbrellas

Didn’t see this at check in as it’s behind the elevator room, but they have shopping carts too to help get groceries up in one run too which was very nice!

Dissapointed

Inside of condo very nice, however fireplace didn’t work. Pool was not heated till last day! No parking due to construction on outside of condo. I specifically asked about fireplace, pool and parking before renting and was told all was fine. The front of building was wrapped in plastic and had large equipment being delivered on each floor! They were power washing to prepare for painting so it was pouring down on entrance. Also the generators for washers was loud. No parking because it was roped off and workers took up the rest of the spaces. The owner did not inform us of any of this before we arrived. She was very nice but didn’t offer to cancel or offer a discount for the inconvenience. She just said she had been unaware!!! How can you be unaware when your father-in-law is the head of the HOA! I will NOT rent from this person again!!!

Hi Becky. As I mentioned directly through our ongoing phone and text conversations before and during your stay, we appreciated your patience. I wanted to clarify a few things based on your review. The gas was a mandatory shut off by the Fire Marshall due to building maintenance which resulted in not being able to use the fireplace. The fireplace does work. As you know the building was being painted, which had to be done during the off-season which is when you chose to rent. We allowed you to park in covered parking (for owners only) to accommodate you. In addition, we gave you 2 extra parking passes at no charge to allow for all 4 of your vehicles even though our policy is limited to 2 cars per unit. As for the pool, it had been unseasonably cold so the heater was turned off as it was too cold to swim. It warmed back up after your arrival and when you questioned it to be turned on it was Christmas Eve. However, we still reached out to the pool company to make the special trip to accommodate you on a holiday weekend. The pool heater was turned on and available within 12 hours which we made you aware of as well. Our condo still provided a very clean and nice place for you all to stay, which matched our listing description. Our condo has consistently had 5 star ratings which we strive for and are very proud of. This poor rating you unfortunately provided was not based on our unit you booked, but the brief temporary status of the building itself that could not be controlled. Our customers are always a priority and will continue to be. We are glad that you all made a safe return home. Happy New Year!

This place was simply amazing and exceeded all expectations. The space is massive, spacious, and yet still cozy. The views are unparalleled with an amazing balcony. The bathroom, bathtub, and shower are extremely nice and spacious. The pictures just don’t do it justice. The kitchen is massive and great for cooking. There was pretty much everything we needed. The owners are extremely kind and ready to help with anything you may need. The elevators were out the week we were there, but they refunded us a generous 15%. We will be returning! Recommend this place 100%.
