Great beach views and access. The bed and furniture was all comfortable and clean, kitchen looks upgraded. Very quiet at night, which was good. I had asked a few questions through the app before check in and never got a response, so not sure about host communication. One of the poorer maintained pools in our opinion, as the water was often dirty and not cleaned as often as at other locations we've stayed at on the island.

Loved the beachfront property, so fun to watch the beach goers. Did contact the owner but did not receive a reply regarding the faulty toaster but otherwise everything was top-notch.

Superb stay. The condo was perfect for a couple. Inside was clean and organized. The balcony was large enough to spread out more than expected, and the view to watch the sun rise was postcard worthy. We will stay here our next time to South Padre.

The room was clean and inviting. The host provided pertinent information. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly.The location to the beach and pool were excellent. The view from the condo was perfect to see the sunrise from the bar chairs and table set.The instructions for the TV remote were outdated. The sofa could be more comfortable.The shower needed a soap dish replacement. It was left broken and rough edged. I would stay in the same condo again.When we arrived there were large bags of used linens through all of the corridors leading to the doors to the condos there for a few days .It seems like this would be a problem if there were a fire evacuation.I Prefered the outside parking because the parking inside the building was tight. It so nice to have parking provided.

The closeness to the beach was fantastic. It was great spending time in the deck. The accommodations were very comfortable. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. Our only complaint was the couch. We could not sit on it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view was great and the building/area was quiet and relaxed compared to busier parts of the island. The beach gear provided was also made trips to the beach easy!

Great Little Weekend Getaway

Everything was wonderful- clear communication on check-in process and parking, wonderful view of the beach, surprisingly comfortable bed and very clean place. Would def stay here again in the future. You can’t beat that view and location near the beach!
