A three bedroom, one bathroom house with good indoor living space and aircon throughout. An outdoor table and chairs in a courtyard (with an outdoor grill which we didn’t use). Excellent fridge space and an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The house was in the centre of Gruissan well located for restaurants and shops, Perfect for our multi generational family, Care was needed on the stairs but they were not a problem. We enjoyed an excellent week here and hope to return.!

Das Haus war sehr angenehm durch die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen, gut ausgestattet wenn man selber kochen möchte und die Schlafräume waren zusätzlich noch mit Mückenschutzgittern ausgestattet, dadurch konnte man gut lüften. Die zweite Toilette im Erdgeschoss ist sehr praktisch, leider gibt es dort kein Handwaschbecken, dann wäre es perfekt. Wir haben ebenfalls gerne die Sommerküche mit dem Plancha, dem großen Kühl-Gefrierschrank und der Waschmaschine genutzt. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem, die Betten fanden wir etwas hart, aber das ist ja bei jedem Nutzer individuell anders. Es fehlte im Innenhof leider eine Beschattungsmöglichkeit. Durch die große Hitze während unseres Aufenthalts konnte man eigentlich nur früh am Morgen und spät Abends dort sitzen. Der Ort Gruissan selbst ist ein tolles Urlaubsziel mit vielen Möglichkeiten, auch wenn man nicht unbedingt nur Strandurlaub machen möchte. Durch die spezielle Lage mit den vielen Étangs und das Meer ist es auch an heißen Tagen dort sehr angenehm. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Andréa für die Mühen und Hilfestellung bei den Startproblemen mit dem Plancha.

Très beau séjour

Logement très bien situé, très fonctionnel. La procédure d arrivée était parfaite. La maison est cosy. En bref je recommande.

C'est la deuxième année que nous sejournons en avril dans votre hébergement et nous avons noté une dégradation du ménage [ plancha grasse et vaisselle limite),pour le reste toujours très agréable ! La literie est parfaite !
