Very nice property, wonderful home, great location. Just needed the grass cut and wish the boat wasn’t there so we could be able to fish from dock better. But all in all it was a wonderful place to be.

Everything was there that you would need to have a great stay. The heated pool was a great bonus especially since weather turned cooler the last couple days of our stay. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Conveniently located and close to airport.

We had an excellent one-week stay. Dom’s property was extremely comfortable, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The four bedrooms are very comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made the stay even more convenient, especially for families or groups. The laundry area was also very useful throughout the week, and the pool was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after long days out. The barbecue grill was another great addition that really enhanced the overall experience. The location was also very convenient — about 20–30 minutes from places like Sawgrass Mills, Las Olas Beach, Hard Rock Stadium, and Dolphin Mall. Depending on your plans, it can truly be an ideal location. We’re very grateful for the opportunity to stay there. Highly recommended!

stay

We loved our stay there. The planes flying over was really cool, the kids absolutely loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. The pool table was awesome as well with a lot of games being played. The only thing we had issue with was the bedroom closet to the pool did not cool very well. Overall though we had plenty of downtime there and enjoyed ourselves.

Property was nice, definitely smaller than pictured. Pool was beautiful with the lights at night, but the hot tub never got hot. Home wass very peaceful overall, no construction at all. I was very disappointed being that this was supposed to be a private rental, when someone arrived and started repairing a car in the driveway for the whole day Sunday. I was told they were picking up rims and taking them off the property to prepare. That didnt happen..

Disappointing Experience - Not as Expected

We booked this home after speaking with the owner, who assured us the construction on the property would be complete before our stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed via text that the construction was still ongoing. The backyard was filled with construction materials, which created safety concerns, especially since we were traveling with three young children (ages 3, 2, and 1). This was a big inconvenience.Additionally, the front door lock was broken, and we were forced to use a side door with a dirt walkway, which was also under construction. This made the house quite messy and difficult to navigate. The most significant issue we faced was with the air conditioning. Throughout our stay, the AC was malfunctioning and completely failed on the last day, leaving the home at 85 degrees. Despite contacting the owner, he didn’t respond, and it wasn’t until we were packing up to leave that someone came to check on the HVAC. The heat made it unbearable to sleep, and the lack of communication and action from the owner made the situation even more frustrating.Even though VRBO reached out to the owner multiple times about these issues, we never received a response. On a positive note, the house itself was clean and matched the description inside, and the pool was a nice feature (no outdoor back lights).Unfortunately, due to the ongoing construction, safety concerns, lack of AC, and poor communication with the owner, we can’t recommend this property for families.

Best Family House EVER :)

I got this property for my 3 year old daughter and she had a BLASTED, we loved every moment in this house. From the front to the back. This is such a beautiful house, with a big pool. The neighbors are amazing. Please be respectful to the property and the neighbors. Being in that house made us feel like we were home, we only had to bring food and drinks. Everything was provided. We didn't have to leave to buy anything like towels, soap, plates, cups and etc.

Our stay was horrible.

Almost everything we touched inside of the home was broken. The house is smaller than the pictures provided on the website. Pool was filthy. We had to go out and purchase our own toilet paper as well as trash bags & dish detergent to wash dishes. Tubs wasn’t clean properly nor was the floor mopped. Overall stay 2/10
