Pacifico is one of Playas del Coco's premier gated communities, ideally located just off the main street and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and shops. The development offers a resort-style setting with four community pools, a large jacuzzi, walking trails, a children's play area, sports courts, and beautifully landscaped grounds throughout. Guests may also enjoy access to the Pacifico Beach Club, an oceanfront venue featuring pools, restaurant service, and beachfront relaxation (see Notes section for access details and fees).

Playas del Coco is one of Guanacaste's most popular beach towns, known for its lively atmosphere, beachfront dining, local shops, fishing charters, scuba diving, and sunset cruises. The town also serves as an excellent base for exploring waterfalls, volcanoes, hot springs, national parks, and other day-trip adventures throughout the region. Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is conveniently located just 35 minutes away, making arrival and departure quick and easy.

Pacifico L1203 is a spacious one-bedroom condo with something that's hard to find in Pacifico: direct ground-floor access to the pool. The large covered terrace opens directly onto the Classic Lifestyle pool, giving you an easy place to start the morning, cool off during the afternoon or relax poolside without having to navigate stairs or elevators.

Inside, the open living area gives you plenty of room to spread out, with a large sectional sofa, a 50-inch Smart TV and a dining area for meals. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for four, making it easy to prepare anything from coffee and breakfast to dinner at home.

The bedroom features a king bed, high-quality bedding, a four-poster bed frame and access to the covered terrace. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities and a large walk-in closet.

🏖️ PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.

The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge. Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.

The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club. Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

* The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed for the month of October for annual maintenance.
* The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside of our control. We will notify guests as soon as we are informed.
