Located on Red Sand Lake, only minutes from Baxter/Brainerd shopping, SECLUDED (5 acres and 350 feet lakeshore) one-of-a-kind custom built Yankee Barn Home.

Extraordinary 4 BR/2.5 BA (sleeps 13) features gourmet kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and center island, lovely formal entry, generous main floor laundry. Lakeside master suite has built-in dressers, huge walk in closet, glass block 2 head shower & granite double sink vanity. This is an amazing and unique vacation property. The upper level boasts built-in bed w/ladder to loft, full bath, 3 BR, separate sitting/sleeping areas both open to the main level w/views of the soaring 2-story wood burning ledge stone fireplace. Basement has ping pong, foosball, large screen tv, games, poker table, board games Need more space? then rent 1 brm/1bath guest house over detached garage. This is also a winter wonderland. A paradise for snowmobiling, ride for miles to Gull and Paul B. Trail. Ski gull is 10 minutes away with tubing and skiing. Call for nightly winter rates, minimum two night stay.

This was a beautiful property with everything we needed for our family to have a fantastic week in the northwoods! We had a great time fishing, playing pickle ball, going for boat rides, playing games, using the fire pit, and more. We will definitely be back!!

Overall stay was good. We really enjoyed the pickleball court, the space of the cabin and the privacy of the yard. Loved having ping pong tournaments in the basement at night. Great communication with the host. A bit disappointed with the shape of the pontoon and hot tub so we didn’t use them.

What a beautiful property! Amazing amenities and I think we used them all: Pickle ball, volley ball, fire pit, lake, kayaks, paddle board, in and outdoor tables and chairs, poker table, ping pong and fuseball for the rainy days. Super close to anything in Baxter so don't worry about having everything you need ahead of time, you are so close to ANYTHING! Truly wonderful spot.

Multigenerational group enjoyed Pickleball, hot tub, biking, kayaking, and jet ski skiing. The host was very much on top of things and communicated well. The weedy lake was a challenge at times to maneuver in.

Fun for all ages

So unique and cozy! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. So much space to spread out for big groups! Beds were comfortable. The property has so many fun things to do for all ages! Between fishing, boating, swimming, volleyball, tennis, and games the fun never stopped! We loved our time with our group of 10! From teens all the way down to young kids this place has it all!

Check in was very easy. Alot of us could not get WI-Fi.Fishing was great. Family time by the fire and game nightsat the dining room table. Plenty of places to go out to eat like Zorbas and Bernie's. Plenty of utensils and bowls, cooking pans etc.

Nice private property on a lake

We really enjoyed our visit at this property. What we enjoyed the most is the privacy. It is buried in the woods away from any other homes. We made extensive use of the fire pit and hot tub. The home is very unique with large, exposed wood beams and a two-story tall stone fireplace in the middle. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the cookware and utensils you could imagine. We highly recommend a stay here.
