In a house of the post-war reconstruction of the years 1945 in the village of Cervières, this charming apartment completely renovated in 2023, will seduce you for your stay in the mountains with its calm and elegance.

It is located at the start of the emblematic Col de l'Izoard and the magnificent valley of the fonts. The village is close to all amenities, 10 minutes from the town of Briançon and 15 minutes from the ski resort of Serre-Chevalier.

The apartment is composed of a large entrance, two bedrooms, one of which is very spacious equipped with a dressing room, the other bedroom with a view of the Col de l'Izoard.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island to be able to share meals with 6 people.
The living room with TV and sofa bed can accommodate two additional people.
A bathroom with shower and toilet

Un petit écrin dans un grand écrin de nature

L'appartement a été rénové avec un goût exceptionnel alliant pierre, bois et matériaux modernes. Tout ce dont on a besoin est pensé, même les salades du potager offertes par Rémi! Proche de Briançon, de l'Italie et à deux pas d'une multitude de randonnées..top! Nous reviendrons tester les paysages hivernaux !
