We are in Ruoms, one of the largest tourist towns in the Ardèche department: All shops and sports and leisure activities within a radius of 15 minutes. Chauvet II cave and Gorges de l'Ardèche nearby, ideal cottage for family reunions or holidays with friends. In the house, fully equipped kitchen, large air-conditioned living room with lounge area, 3 bedrooms (3 beds 140 including 1 with 1 bed 90 more, direct access to the terrace), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, view of the pool), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, convertible 2 places. Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned attic bedroom (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds 90 including a trundle bed, bathroom with toilet. 2 terraces, one of which is covered. To spend pleasant moments outdoors, the covered terrace is equipped for meals all together, with gas plancha, and relaxation areas around the pool. Possibility of renting sheets and towels. Water and heating included in the rental. Pets are allowed.
All amenities on foot: river, village centre, greenway. 400 m from a hiking trail, the "Cirque des gens" and the La Baume Grenas cave.
Pretty villages of character to visit within a radius of 5 to 15 kms, Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume, Lagorce, and the famous Pont d'Arc. Many activities, canoeing, tree climbing, caves (Chauvet, Orgnac l'Aven, la madeleine ...), via ferrata; Gastronomic and cultural discoveries.
The village of Ruoms is a lively medieval village from April to the end of September.

On the day of your arrival or before, you will have to leave a deposit of 1000€, for the greatest respect of the place.
*For a cheque deposit: this is not cashed and will be returned to you within a week of your departure once the cleaning team has validated the gîte.
*For a credit card deposit, there is the possibility of fingerprinting without debiting or blocking the funds on the customers' bank card and for a period of time provided at the outset via the SWIKLY application for an administrative fee of €29.
