This delightful home away from home offers plenty of space to spread out comfortably whether you're visiting with your family, friends, and even your dog. The living room boasts a large and comfortable sectional sofa right in front of the fireplace and flatscreen TV with Roku (streaming only). Need some fresh air? Your private balcony will be the right answer. It's covered and has two comfortable patio chairs so you can sit down with a refreshing beverage in hand and take in the views.

The eat-in kitchen will delight the chef of the group with plenty of incredible, stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and more. When it's time to have dinner, bring your delicious preparations over to the six-person dining table for a fantastic time. Both bedrooms are separate from each other and the main bedroom offers its own ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The guests' bathroom also has a tub/shower and there is a stackable washer/dryer available.

Along the shore of the Indian River Bay just outside Bethany Beach, Pettinaro built the 550-unit Bethany Bay Resort Community & Golf Club on 420 lush acres, 200 of which are protected wetlands. The community boasts manicured lawns, a beautifully maintained 9 hole golf course, swimming pool, boat ramp, clubhouse, and tennis courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
