This is a 3 years young lovely and welcoming home, 1860 square feet open & airy, light-filled inviting vacation haven with 4 bedrooms & 1 Office Room (1 King Bedroom, 3 Queens, and 1 separate room with 2 Twins.) 3 NEW beautifully designed full baths, 2 outside showers, laundry room, 2 zones of ac/heat, AND built in HEATED Salt Water Pool!!! Relax by the pool on the fresh and clean Mahogany Deck. This home showcases Vaulted 22' Ceilings, 9' ceilings on the first floor, and unique oak floors throughout. Enjoy your family at the large dining table and center island. There are TVs in 4 bedrooms... AND a 55" TV in the family room. This special home is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and only minutes to the town! Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wicker furniture, BBQ and 2 outdoor showers. Beach towels, bath towels, sheets/comforters & quilts are all included along with dishes, serveware, glasses, mugs, cups, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and board games in the family room! Make memories while you're having fun!

FEES: $300 cleaning, $200 utilities/WiFi, $75 pool cleaning
WEEK Starts Sunday or Monday, Ends on Sunday
