I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was comfortable and in a great location—walking distance to a park and downtown, and less than 10 minutes from the zoo. The kitchen had a decent amount of pans for cooking basic meals, which made it convenient. There were also some games available, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a cozy and enjoyable place to stay.

We loved the kitchen and the living room. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and watched tv while we visited. the house was very comfortable for those purposes.

We were here for doctors appointments and craft fair. The location is perfect short walk to old town. The home is perfect as well. It is like the Goldilocks house. And the owner is easy to talk to and quick with replying to questions.

Home was no frills but exceptionally clean and in a great location for both walking to old town or getting on hwy 40 to go out of town on day trips. I was with my husband this time, but with room for 6, it would be great for a girls trip. Felt very safe.

Very disappointed in unit. Where do I start? Gate at street was difficult to manage since it wanted to close as you drove in. I had to jam the gate against the sidewalk to keep it in place. Coming in the front door sucked as the walk is very narrow. The exterior entry light would go on and off. Could not figure out how to watch the Masters on CBS. The soap pump in the bathroom would not pump because the mechanism would not open. We were cold and could not find any additional blankets. The pull chain for the fan light in one bedroom was missing so the lights could not work. The blinds in the living room would not rotate to allow in sunlight. And also the kitchen dining area did not flow into the tv area. And the tea pot was missing the protective covering on the part the finger opens the tea pot to pour so I had to use a towel to pour. I have always thought rentals should have a floor plan. To say the least we did not linger in the morning.

Great location near Old Town

We appreciated the close proximity to Old Town. The extra-long carport was very useful as we had two vehicles and prefer off-street parking, which appeared to be in short supply in the area. Ambience and furnishings are basic, which worked in our case as we were mostly out and about. Host is very responsive.
