In this quiet neighborhood close to the Rio Grande you'll find this Desert Flower. Situated immediately next to an acequia that flows regularly in the Spring and Summer you'll find peaceful walks highlighted by old large cottonwoods.

Cool off and relax in our new stock tank pool! Perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons, stargazing in the evening, or unwinding after a day of exploring. The stock tank pool is designed for lounging and refreshing dips rather than swimming, making it a fun and unique outdoor amenity. The stock tank pool is 8 feet wide by 2 feet deep, unheated, and open from Late May through Mid September.
Stock Tank Pool Rules:
1. Use at your own risk.
2. No lifeguard on duty.
3. An adult must supervise children at all times.
4. No diving, jumping, or rough play.
5. No glass containers in or around the pool area.
6. No running on wet surfaces.
7. Shower off excessive dirt, sunscreen, or lotions when practical.
8. Please replace the pool cover after use (if applicable).
9. Do not tamper with pumps, filters, heaters, or other pool equipment.
10. Report any water quality or equipment concerns immediately.
11. Observe posted quiet hours while using the pool area. 9 PM-8 AM

The home is centrally located with easy access to I40. Less than 20 minutes from the airport and Sandia Casino. Less than 10 minutes from the Rio Grande Nature Center, Natural History Museum, Explora, and downtown. Less than 15 minutes to zoo, aquarium and botanic gardens.

the desert flower was great! The bed was SO comfy and it was nice to soak in the cowboy pool. AC worked great and there were also box fans in the closets to help with air flow. Aaron was responsive and kind. Would stay again.

The Desert Flower was such a lovely little house for me and my husband to stay at during our road trip across the US! I’m so glad I found this gem on Vrbo. The house was clean, had all kitchen and laundry supplies, and the cowboy pool was my favorite part. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to get more use out of it. Would definitely recommend!

Great location — close to everything we had planned and easy to get around. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. This place was just about perfect. It was clean, it was quiet, it was beautifully appointed. They had everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need even spices in the cabinet and good pots and pans. It was in a neighborhood of small homes in the Northwest section of town so it was great for walking around the neighborhood. There was even a walking path right next to the house that went for blocks. The hosts were very attentive and it was easy to get in touch with them and ask questions. It was a very very comfortable place to stay.

“Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located for exploring Albuquerque.
